Description

Chuck bellows at the target, his booming voice rattling the nerves of everyone standing around the poor bastard.

System

Choose an Animate target within 45 feet, spend an Action, Exert your Mind, and roll Brawn + Influence Difficulty 6, contested by the target rolling Mind, Difficulty 6 as a Free Action. If you succeed, they take a dice penalty equal to your Outcome for 1 round. Affected targets cannot Concentrate.

If their total dice penalty from all sources exceeds their Mind, they are instead stunned for 1 round and cannot act.

Enhancements

  • AoE (Affects all potential targets in a 20 foot radius of the primary target. This includes allies and yourself.)
