A 1 Gift Traumatize Power used by Janus the Marked, created by sirreality.
Description
By locking eyes with a target within 20 feet and exerting his mind, Janus uses his bionic implant to holographically project a series of rapidly changing traumatic photos. The source, target, and nature of the attack are obvious to anyone observing. Make an intelligence + Psychotherapy roll (difficulty 7), resisted by your opponents Mind (difficulty 10). The target takes [outcome] in Mind damage. If they take 3+ Mind damage, they receive a PTSD trauma.
System
Choose a target within 20 feet and Exert your Mind. Roll Intelligence + Psychotherapy Your target must make a Trauma roll (Mind, Difficulty 8+2=10) to resist. They take mind damage to the contested outcome. If they take 3 or more Mind damage, they acquire a new Trauma, limited to some form of PTSD, chosen by the GM. This Trauma may be removed by Powers or mundane therapy as per the normal rules.
Your target must be looking at you and not incapacitated, and is aware that they are being attacked by you. (Generally, this is folded into the Power's flavor and Description.)

Induce Panic
(Make a Difficulty 6 roll when you activate this Power and use the target's Trauma roll to resist. If your contested Outcome is positive, the target takes that much Mind damage. They receive a new Trauma if and only if you deal at least 3 Mind damage.)
