Rei's artificial mental processors have been imbued by the wellspring of mana within them, resulting in an inhuman intellect. They are able to access a mental database of information they have internalized, as well as instantly calculate and simulate future outcomes to adjust accordingly. Whenever they access these effects, their visual processors faintly glow as they draw in ambient mana for power and scan the environment for information.
You gain the following benefits as long as you have your heterochromatic magic and artificial visual processors (eyes).
Your Intellect rating is increased by 0. You may Exert your Mind to automatically gain an Outcome of 5 on any roll that uses Intellect (Cannot be used on combat rolls or Power activations).
If you are witnessed actively using this Effect, whoever sees it can make a Perception + Alertness roll at Difficulty 6. A complete success reveals the source of your power.
You also gain the following effects:
as you decide your target, you shapeshift your flesh and clothes as you become the target
As you shapeshift, your flesh changes, your face and any features begin to replicate of your target.
Exert your Mind (unless you win a coin flip) and spend a minute.
You become disguised in a manner of your choosing. The disguise lasts for two hours, or you may end it early at will. Your disguise will not hold up to close scrutiny.
The new appearance may have a different sex, age, and race to your own, and you may alter height by up to a foot and your weight by 50%. Your disguise cannot directly mimic an existing person. You may change the appearance of your outfit. A disguise cannot affect your Attributes or other stats.
You may roll Charisma + Crafts to attempt to make your disguise Beautiful. If your Outcome is 6 or higher, non-Effect Charisma rolls where your good looks could help are rolled at -2 Difficulty. If you fail or botch, you are ugly instead, and non-Effect Charisma rolls are made at +2 Difficulty.
Anyone who witnesses you during this Effect's activation will almost certainly be disturbed to see change of the flesh and clothes.
This Effect ends if you take an Injury or are stunned or incapacitated.
Stareye guides the healing light from himself to his target, curing them of their ailments to the best of his ability.
Exert your Mind and spend 2 Actions. Select a Living target within arm's reach. This Effect cannot be used unless Stareye must take at least a severity one injury to pass his internal healing light onto the target, or perhaps CPR style kiss them, but I doubt he’s going to do that.. You must make a Trauma roll when you use this Effect. Its Difficulty cannot be reduced by any means. Choose a specific Injury on your target that has not yet been treated with this Effect and roll Dexterity + Performance at Difficulty 6.
If you succeed, the Injury is reduced in Severity by your Outcome. If you reduce its Severity to 0, the Injury is fully healed. Otherwise, it is partially healed and will heal the rest of the way at its natural rate.
This counts as a successful Makeshift Stabilization if the Injury was not already Stabilized; any Battle Scars caused by the Injury will remain.
If your Outcome is greater than the Severity of the Injury you were attempting to treat, you may apply any excess Outcome to other Injuries on the same patient.
Possession of this Power grants the following Trauma at all times: Fear of invasive medical procedures..
Bu fang, within the kitchen set by his knife, feels as if he is empowered by the surrounding. Taking this opportunity, he takes out his ingredients and tosses them into the air, with quick movements, he prepares them in moments, faster than possible for the average man. Creating a meal so tantalizing even the undead are fascinated by it, keeping their attention on it, wishing for every second to be prolonged so that they can just enjoy the thought of eating this meal.
Edit: This power has been totally reconfigured. The two-step conditional is weird anyway, & fascinating things that don't eat w/ food is lame. Rather than be a highly leveraged pseudo stun lock, this power NOW serves a much more interesting role & relies on you doing what you do best - making people food.
As a Sabotaged item, it only works when people eat the meal - it can effect as many people as can sit down & eat that meal within 5ft. All of them stay fixated until the meal is complete & are at penalty for ALL your other effects while eating.
Even better, previously created fine meals could be stored for later use, so the 30 second cast time is irrelevant
Exert your Mind and spend 30 seconds to turn a fine meal into a trap. This trap lasts one day or until triggered or disarmed. Roll Charisma + Crafts at Difficulty 6.
The trap looks like a fine meal. Only those who have seen this trap before can identify it as a trap. Anyone who is aware of the trap may intuitively avoid, trigger, or destroy it.
Any Sapient, Living target within within 5 feet that uses the trap as a fine meal will trigger it. All affected targets may resist by rolling Mind at Difficulty 6.
When the trap is triggered, the targets will keep their full attention focused on the trap for contested Outcome in minutes. They will automatically fail any rolls related to noticing anything other than the trap. If they cannot perceive the trap through Smell for three Rounds, the Effect is broken. The Effect ends early if the target is Injured or violence occurs nearby.
This does not affect the target’s opinion of the trap or their mood, and they may take any Actions while affected (including attacking), as long as that action centers on the trap. Fascinated targets cannot Concentrate.
Fascinated targets are at a -2 dice penalty to any rolls they make to resist any other Effects that you attempt to use on them.
Shelly is able to catch and falling children or other objects. She is also quite adept at throwing things.

You gain the following benefits at all times.
You have 5 Armor, which reduces incoming Damage. Armor from multiple sources does not stack. This Armor cannot be circumvented with Called Shots.
Your Armor’s rating is increased by 2. If you do something that Damages, restricts, or otherwise directly, negatively affects another being, your Armor’s rating is decreased by 3 for one minute. This penalty does not stack with itself.
The survivalist is an expert at wildlife survival in any natural environment. Even in the harshest climates, they have the capacity to find food, water, and shelter.
Exert your Mind (unless you win a coin flip) and spend 15 minutes. This Effect cannot be used unless you are in a wilderness environment.
Choose a specific type of food, water, or survival supply which could fit inside a regular backpack (up to 27 liters). It must be Non-Alien and generic. You cannot create explosives. You cannot create firearms.
Roll Perception + Survival to fabricate up to 5 copies of your chosen Object. The Difficulty is assigned by the GM and depends on the specificity of your chosen Object. Your created items no longer expire, and will last until they are destroyed.
The aristocrat knows a ritual that allows them to rent the best version of any item. They set $10,000 worth of cash on fire and place the item to be upgraded in the fire as well. While in the flame, the item morphs into a high-end version of itself. After a while, it reverts.
Exert your Mind and spend a minute. Select a non-Alien Device within arm's reach. You must use up $10,000 cash (or equivalent) in order to activate this Effect. Cannot be used to improve Armor.
Lasts the next two hours. Your target receives 3 extra dice to all actions taken for its intended use. Attacking with an upgraded weapon grants +3 Weapon Damage instead of additional dice.
The creature's claws rip through the poor, defenseless doctor's coat, opening deep gashes in their gut. It bares its fangs to lunge for the killing blow, but the doctor looks up at the attacker. Their eyes filed not with utter terror at their imminent demise, only a look of disappointment and pity. Touched, the monster hesitates. . .
This Effect activates whenever you receive a Severity 2 or higher Injury from an attack. It does not require an Action or Exertion. Select a Living target within 45 feet. Your target should be intuitively based on the triggering event. Roll Charisma + Influence at Difficulty 6. Affected targets can resist by rolling Mind at Difficulty 6.
If you succeed, for the next minute, your target will do things they otherwise wouldn’t have done, inspired by remorse for hurting such a pure soul. They will not necessarily display their emotions in an obvious way.
Actions they take will be in keeping with their character and the way they tend to deal with strong emotions. They will be unlikely to change their mind about any actions taken or decisions made until after the Effect ends.
The Solider is accustomed to going long periods without food or water and can operate on very little sleep.
You gain the following benefits at all times.

The mystic can meld their aura with another, allowing them to superimpose their being, physical and mental, into a target. Observers witness the mystic fading and entering their target's body as wisps of smoke, leaving no trace of their own body behind.
While inside, they can control their target's actions. Affected targets have no memory of the experience.
Increase your sacrificial Injury's Severity by 1 and spend an Action. Select a Living or Sapient target within arm's reach. Roll Intellect + Occult at Difficulty 6. The target may resist by rolling Mind at Difficulty 6.
If you succeed, you possess your target for the Contested Outcome in minutes. The target has no control over their body or actions, and they are functionally unconscious through the entire possession, retaining no memory other than any Traumas they might obtain.
You do not leave your original body behind when you possess a target. When a possession ends, your original body will reappear at the host body’s same location. You may spend an Action to end the possession early.
Stats: During the possession, you use the host body’s Body rating, but your own Mind rating. Any rolls you make use the host body’s Brawn, Dexterity, and Perception but your own Charisma, Intellect, and Abilities. You gain the effects of any physical Assets and Liabilities they have. You cannot read the target’s mind or memories.
Gifts: You have access to and can use any of your own Powers which are intrinsic to your biology or physical body. You cannot access any Powers or other supernatural effects which the target has, unless they are intrinsic to the target’s biology or physical body.
Death: If the host body is killed or destroyed while you are still possessing it, you will die along with it.
Eviction: If you attempt to force your host to take actions which would violate one of their Limits or their instinct for self-preservation, they may resist by rolling Mind. If their Outcome is higher than or equal to the contested Outcome, the possession ends and you are evicted from their body.
If you do not have a sacrificial Injury when you activate this Effect, take a new Severity-1 Injury.
