A 1 Gift Mythic Dexterity Power used by Tatsumaki, created by AqueousSnake.

Description

The mask has a gas releasing mechanism which allows Tatsumaki to perform amazing dexterity feats, the gas gives Tatsumaki bullet time reflexes at the cost of his sanity.

System

Passive, always in effect. Your Dexterity rating is increased by 1. You may Exert your Mind to automatically gain an Outcome of 5 on any roll that uses Dexterity (cannot be used on combat rolls or Power activations.)

A given Contractor may have a maximum of one Mythic Attribute. This Power can only be taken by Contractors who have purchased the fifth level of Dexterity.

Enhancements

  • Bullet Time (Exert your Mind and spend an Action or Reaction to make a single dodge roll that applies its full Outcome to any attacks made against you that Round. Mob bonuses do not apply on attacks against you this Round.)

Drawbacks

  • Samson (A marking or physical trait is the source of your power. Losing it removes all benefits for the next 2 months. If someone witnesses you using this Effect, they get a Perception check to determine the source of your power.)
    • Source of your Power - Mask of Fujin.
