The last step in Frank’s metamorphosis. His flesh has become pallid and dull, a stark white color with hints of black and gray sprinkled about. His hair and pupils have shifted to a dreary black, his 5 o’clock shadow now acts as a permanent gray lining around his ugly mug.
Interestingly enough, any clothes he puts on gain these same monochrome properties, shifting to match his current form in a matter of minutes. This has turned his standard trench-coat and trilby into matching garments.
Frank’s entire biology has changed. Like his blood prior (see: Witness Protection), his entire body has gained the ability to harden and soften itself at will. This is primarily used to slip into narrow spaces and hide out in places where you’d least expect him, allowing him to get the jump on almost any perp he encounters.

Ritual caster quietly mutters a rite under his breath. Few seconds pass, and he is finished, and starts to communicate - be it via reading a text or talking to creatures.
There is countless amount of scars inflicted upon the world. Some of them are deep - major historical figures that wage wars of conquests and forge empires, events that change course of history. Some of them can hardly be called scars at all - animals, humans and products of their activity, such as languages, texts, machinery, as well as the dead.
Rite of Secret Histories is a ritual which allows the one performing the rite to "read" said scars for an hour, though scope of this specific version of a rite is limited quite limited. This rite received it's name for it's immense help in learning what otherwise would be left in the dark - ancient texts, written in long-dead languages. Research notes, written by scholars in ciphers known only be them. Folklore, shared only verbally in uncommon languages.
Exert your Mind and spend an Action to activate.
You may understand and communicate to Creatures as if you are fluent in a relevant language for the next ten minutes.
This also includes understanding any recorded communications from the relevant targets, including writings, scent trails, etc.
When Sketch needs something, it's easy for them to get it. Direct eye contact for a moment, a glow about their eyes, and poof. Their target is in love. For an hour, at least.
Sketch has never wanted anything more than their parent's love. Or, well, any type of love, really. So, now that they can do nearly anything? Don't they deserve a little love?
Exert your Mind and spend an Action to activate. Select a Living target within arm's reach. Roll Charisma + Influence at Difficulty 6. Affected targets can resist by rolling Mind at Difficulty 6.
If you succeed, for the next hour, your target will do things they otherwise wouldn’t have done, inspired by Love. They will not necessarily display their emotions in an obvious way.
Actions they take will be in keeping with their character and the way they tend to deal with strong emotions. They will be unlikely to change their mind about any actions taken or decisions made until after the Effect ends.
Both attacking someone and being attacked will end the Effect.
This Effect is not obvious, and the only sign you are using an Effect is An intense period of eye contact, along with slightly glowing eyes. If someone suspects that an Effect was used, they must roll Perception + Alertness, Difficulty 8 to pick up on your Tell.
The magician dons an unusual piece of clothing and immediately shifts their appearance to be completely different! However, they must reveal their true identity before they can cast any more spells.
Exert your Mind and spend 2 Actions. You must actively and obviously use a piece of clothing you wouldn't normally wear to activate this Effect.
You become disguised in a manner of your choosing. The disguise lasts for two hours, or you may end it early at will.

You may roll Charisma + Crafts to attempt to make your disguise Beautiful. If your Outcome is 6 or higher, non-Effect Charisma rolls where your good looks could help are rolled at -2 Difficulty. If you fail or botch, you are ugly instead, and non-Effect Charisma rolls are made at +2 Difficulty.
This Effect ends if you take an Injury or are stunned or incapacitated.
While disguised, you cannot use any Activated or Targeted Powers.

The Toon performs some sort of cartoonish act of violence. This may be handing someone a bomb, hitting someone with a cartoon mallet, burping a burp that is so noxious it melts flesh, or anything else as long as it is cartoonish.
The attack is more of a throwaway gag than a plot element, so any props or properties of the attack are incidental and disappear immediately. Animated mallets evaporate in a puff of smoke, fire does not spread, and electricity cannot power devices.
Exert your Mind and spend an Action. Select a target within 45 feet. Roll Charisma + Performance Difficulty 6. The target may contest by rolling to Dodge or Defend as a Reaction, Difficulty 6.
If the contested Outcome is positive, the target takes that much Damage plus 4. Armor is fully effective against this damage.

Exert your Mind and spend an Action. You must actively and obviously use your instrument to activate this Effect. The area within 25 feet of you immediately and obviously becomes imminently dangerous. Roll Charisma + Performance at Difficulty 6. Targets inside the radius may attempt an appropriate Reaction at GM’s discretion. Finding a physical barrier to use as cover will cut total Damage taken in half (applies after Reaction roll but before Armor).
If the Outcome is positive, your blast hits everything within 25 feet of you with Damage equal to your Outcome + 4. If you botched the activation roll, you will also take full Damage from the blast, otherwise it will not hurt you.
You may only use this Effect once per day.
