System

Spend an Action, Exert your Mind, and target a Location in line of sight and within 50 feet to be the center of the blast. The area in a 20 feet radius of your target immediately and obviously becomes imminently dangerous. Next round, on your initiative, roll Brawn + Melee Difficulty 6 as a Free Action. Every creature remaining within 20 feet of the targeted Location takes Outcome + 2 damage. Armor is Fully Effective against this damage.

Enhancements

  • Waves of Carnage (For the next 3 Rounds following the initial blast, this Effect will deal a new blast of damage to any targets remaining in the same radius, decaying by 2 damage each round. Any visual cues indicating imminent danger remain during this time.)
  • Detonation (Damage spreads to targets beyond the edge of the initial radius, decreasing by 2 Damage for every 5 feet traveled.)
  • Radiate (Instead of centering on a targeted location, you are the epicenter of the blast. You take no Damage from the blast unless you botch the activation roll.)

Drawbacks

  • Focus (Using this Effect requires a specific kind of item.)

  • Once per Day (You may only use this Effect once per day.)
  • Unique Focus (This Power takes the form of a specific, unique item, which can be borrowed, lost, or stolen.)
