(This Effect is not obviously Alien when used. During Effect activation, you are obviously investigating the area. You must actively and obviously be using Radio.)

Eins fiddles with her radio, tuning it to a incomprehensible signal as she stares into the digital display of it, a red light casting onto her face from the screen.

Exert your Mind (unless you win a coin flip) and spend 2 Actions. Investigate an area with a radius of up to 500 feet You must actively and obviously use Radio to activate this Effect. At the end of your investigation, roll Perception + Alertness at Difficulty 6.

You learn the following information about the area:

  • You learn how heavily trafficked the area is, what sorts of Animate beings have moved through the area and when.
The quality and specificity of information gained depends on your Outcome.

You cannot investigate the same area more than once per day.

  • You can target yourself if you qualify as a valid target by the other requirements.
  • Your target must be within line of sight, or within range of another sense if more fitting for the Gift's flavor.

Community Investigate Area Gifts

Exert your Mind and spend a minute. Investigate an area with a radius of up to 1 mile You must actively and obviously use a timepiece to activate this Effect. You cannot investigate the same target more than once per hour. You must make a Trauma roll when you use this Effect. Its Difficulty cannot be reduced by any means. At the end of your investigation, roll Intellect + Investigation at Difficulty 6.

You learn a single specific piece of information, chosen from the following list, about the area:

  • You can locate the source of any Alien energy or the presence of any Alien effects on the area. Specific information about the function of these effects beyond their general type is not forthcoming.
  • You choose a specific type of event and receive a vision of the last time it occurred here.
The quality and specificity of information gained depends on your Outcome.

You cannot investigate the same area more than once per day.

  • You can target yourself if you qualify as a valid target by the other requirements.
  • Your target must be within line of sight, or within range of another sense if more fitting for the Gift's flavor.

Spend a minute. Investigate an area with a radius of up to 100 feet This Effect cannot be used unless only works in a murder site. You must make a Trauma roll when you use this Effect. Its Difficulty cannot be reduced by any means. At the end of your investigation, roll Intellect + Investigation at Difficulty 6.

Exert your Mind and spend 2 Actions to activate. Investigate an area with a radius of up to 500 feet You must use up Ramen in order to activate this Effect. At the end of your investigation, roll Intellect + Culture at Difficulty 6.

You learn the following information about the area:

  • You learn where exactly creatures and people live within the area, and what sorts of creatures they are.
  • You can locate the source of any supernatural energy or the presence of any supernatural effects on the area, though you will not necessarily get any specific information about their function.
The quality and specificity of information gained depends on your Outcome.

  • You can target yourself if you qualify as a valid target by the other requirements.

When the book is filled, the contents last until this power is used again. The ink within the book is changed unnaturally and can increase or decrease in apparent volume equivalent to the quantity of text written within it. Additionally, with at least a hundred pages available, the total number of pages can also increase above a hundred or be brought down to it to allow for situations that would require it.

Any book not magically protected from tampering is susceptible to this ability and will be completely transformed from its original state, the contents unrecognizable to how it looked prior.

  • You can locate the source of any Alien energy or the presence of any Alien effects on the area. Specific information about the function of these effects beyond their general type is not forthcoming.
The quality and specificity of information gained depends on your Outcome.

This Effect is obviously Alien and eye-catching across its range to those witnessing it, and you are obviously the source.

This Gift cannot have more than 3 Drawbacks, and its Gift Cost is capped at 2.
