A language processing module, arcing with purple electricity as it enables a person to understand any language spoken to them by anything the device deems..intelligent enough.
It actively encourages you to kill anything that it cannot understand.
Upon the device running out of charge it will wish you a goodnight in a random language and then disable itself until it has fully recharged.
Exert your Mind and spend one minute.
You may understand and communicate to humans and Sapient beings as if you are fluent in a relevant language for the next hour.
This also includes understanding any recorded communications from the relevant targets, including writings, scent trails, etc.
You may only use this Effect once per day.

Gen-Wyld: Beyond Natural
On March 14, 2018, a little-known company named Gen-Wyld announced FDA approval for a groundbreaking procedure to enhance a patient’s primary and secondary sexual characteristics using gene therapy. The company was an overnight success.
Shortly thereafter, they introduced a suite of gene-altering body modification procedures that allowed patients to make dramatic aesthetic changes to their bodies by gene-splicing “non-human” anatomy. Those daring (and wealthy) enough can now add cuttlefish pigmentation to their skin, sport a pair of fox ears, and even add a functional tail. While rare, these so-called “modders” draw plenty of hate from conservative communities.
Thanks to their revolutionary procedures, Gen-Wyld is now a household name. Norman Carlson, Gen-Wyld’s chief evangelist, recently announced the company is in the trial phase for a groundbreaking treatment for diabetes.
Yet despite their success, a shroud of secrecy surrounds Gen-Wyld. Their no-patent policy obscures the secrets of their procedures from the public eye. Financial experts claim that Gen-Wyld is run less like a traditional business and more like an NGO with some specific, unknown objective.
Some claim that they will not stop until humanity has been reduced to monstrous slaves and that Gen-Wyld’s board of directors will install themselves as inhuman overlords of the new world order.
However, until the true secrets behind Gen-Wyld are discovered, the genetic biotech firm will continue to grow, develop, and progress its grand designs.

As Jordan continues to awaken from a sleeper agent into an active agent, he may unlock sections of this database that are currently locked off from him…such as knowledge of alien languages, and of creatures outside his primary assignment of infiltrating human society. Now he has continued along that reawakening, and so alien portions of this database have unlocked as well.

Chimera Technique: Mystic Tongue

Sora begins to speak as Drago glows a deep red. Their words are no longer English, instead they are some kind of other language, matching no known tongue and yet, all of them at the same time. His target, despite never hearing this language gains an intuitive knowledge of what he is saying.

Humble Steps
Selia spends time creating a domain of communion. Within the zone no signs of life are visible as the color becomes muted and sound becomes dim. Reciting an old Italian ritual and presenting the Fetter Selia then hones in to the emotions of the spirit and uses it to create a verbal link between realms, letting the deceased talk to her.
Exert your Mind and spend one minute to activate. Select a Dead target of which you have A Fetter belonging to the target. (An object or person that the spirit is emotionally charged towards).
