The spores on your breath allow for manipulation of the mortal mind... and even sometimes the immortal one.
Exert your Mind and spend an Action. Select a Living target within arm's reach as well as a specific emotion. Roll Charisma + Influence at Difficulty 6. Affected targets can resist by rolling Mind at Difficulty 6.
If you succeed, for the next minute, your target will do things they otherwise wouldn’t have done, inspired by the chosen emotion. They will not necessarily display their emotions in an obvious way.
Actions they take will be in keeping with their character and the way they tend to deal with strong emotions. They will be unlikely to change their mind about any actions taken or decisions made until after the Effect ends.
If you choose to use Chain of Screaming, your target interacts with any valid target, they must roll Self-Control or be swept up in the same emotion. New targets pass it on as well, and so on, with the remaining duration decreasing by half until the chain stops.
This Effect is not obvious, and the only sign you are using an Effect is heavy breathing. If someone suspects that an Effect was used, they must roll Perception + Alertness, Difficulty 8 to pick up on your Tell.
If any affected target takes or deals Damage, this Effect ends.
The Scurvy Sorcerer wields their mighty bag of oranges before throwing one really fuckin' hard!

+2 dice to all rolls utilizing citrus.
Possession of this Power grants the following Trauma at all times: C is the Key! - You have an intense and debilitating fear of scurvy. (Whenever you are without access to citrus for an extended period of time (several hours), or if your supply runs dangerously low (fewer than two pieces of fruit), you must make a Self-Control roll to avoid panicking and obsessing over finding more).
You also gain the following effects:
You are a creature resembling a small shark with four stubby legs, akin to a small dog. You are good at swimming, navigating distances and possess heightened senses.
You gain the following benefits at all times.
You are permanently and visibly transformed: Gills, Fins, Sharp Teeth, Scales. You are considered to be a Sapient, Living Creature when targeted. Your Perception is increased by 1.
You are immune to damage from cold. If cold is a substantial component of other damage you would take (e.g. falling from a great distance into a vat of liquid nitrogen), that damage is reduced by 2 (in addition to Armor)
While in Aquatic Environments, heat, cold, pressure, radiation, and other native hazards do not affect you. Dangerous local flora and fauna will not bother you unless you give them a reason.
You can squeeze through any cracks and passageways a cat would be able to.
You may make a +2 Weapon Damage Bite attack without additional equipment.
You cannot be mistaken for a normal human. You cannot always use standard human clothes, equipment, vehicles, and facilities, and when you can, you suffer an increased Difficulty.
You cannot speak any coherent verbal language and must resort to other means of communication.
You are incapable of fine object manipulation and can only hold or grasp things in a crude, clumsy way.
You cannot ignore or decrease the effects of Stress for any Self-Control rolls you make.
Tam is a master of her art. Even when wielding the blades telekinetically, her hands make the appropriate gestures.

Take a Severity-1 Injury and spend an Action. You must actively and obviously use My Sacrificial Dagger to activate this Effect.

As he opens the medical bag, he begins to pull out fairly mundane items; a scalpel, needle and thread, rubbing alcohol and bandages. As he begins working on the wound, it begins to disappear overtime, reducing down to a small scar.
Exert your Mind and spend 15 minutes. Select a Living or Dead target within arm's reach. You cannot target yourself. You must actively and obviously use Medical Bag to activate this Effect. Choose a specific Injury on your target that has not yet been treated with this Effect and roll Intellect + Medicine at Difficulty 6.
If you succeed, the Injury is reduced in Severity by your Outcome. If you reduce its Severity to 0, the Injury is fully healed. Otherwise, it is partially healed and will heal the rest of the way at its natural rate.
This counts as a successful Makeshift Stabilization if the Injury was not already Stabilized; any Battle Scars caused by the Injury will remain.
If you begin healing an Injury on a target that has been dead for less than a minute, and your healing reduces their Wound Level to a non-lethal level, their life is restored.
The werewolf's gnashing teeth sheer through steel and bone alike. Those caught in their maw rarely make it out alive.

You also gain the following effects:
The doctor is a master at surgical transplantation. As long as they have a donor part, they can replace any permanent, lingering battle scars on their patient. Of course, the transplanted part doesn't always match, and the patient must be careful to follow the doctor's aftercare orders, or the replacement will be rejected.
Exert your Mind and spend a minute. Select a Living target within arm's reach. You must use up a donor body part matching the injured area in order to activate this Effect. Select a Battle Scar on your target to treat.
The treated Battle Scar heals as you finish activating this Effect. If used on a Battle Scar caused by an Unstabilized Injury, that Injury is Stabilized.
You may specify a specific condition that the patient must adhere to. If they break this condition, the treatment is immediately reversed. Record this regimen as a Condition. Lasts until the end of their next Contract or 1 month for non-Contractors.
Healing a Battle Scar in this way leaves behind a mismatched replacement on the target which cannot be healed.
The beastmaster shouts, and their human voice cracks into a deep, bestial roar. Their body swells with muscle, clothes melting into a thick pelt of fur. Seconds later the beastmaster is gone. Standing in their place is a massive grizzly bear.
However, even in human form the beast within remains close to the surface, and the beastmaster finds highly civilized social situations unbearable.
Exert your Mind and spend an Action.
You transform into a brown bear for two hours or until you choose to end the Effect. See the Extended System text for stats.
While transformed, you cannot use any equipment (including Artifacts and Consumables), and you cannot use your Active, Targeted, or Trap Powers. However, you can use your Passive Powers. Any equipment you are wearing transforms with you.
Injuries and Wound Level are carried over between forms. However, transforming can never kill you; you merely remain Incapacitated until your Injuries are sufficiently healed.
Possession of this Power grants the following Trauma at all times: Intolerance for society. When you are in a situation with strict social protocols (like a trial or a formal dinner) roll Self-Control not to enter a flight or fight response.

Outside of Combat, any non-Gift, non-movement Actions you attempt take drastically less time to complete, as long as your personal speed is a factor in the Action. Total time reduction is determined by the GM and capped at 90% (executing the Action takes no less than 1/10th the normal time).
While using this Effect, you may carry one other being without affecting your Encumbrance, so long as you maintain contact with them for the duration and they consent or are grappled.
Driving rugged vehicles in a combat situation is second nature to the Soldier. You gain the following benefits as long as Must be driving a rugged vehicle such as an SUV truck or armored car. and you are piloting any vehicle.
You receive +2 dice to any rolls to pilot a vehicle.
