Offr.com: What's it worth?
"Most people know Offr.com as the home of the gig economy: a website where you can find a buyer for your old couch, and a worker to haul it away. It’s the home of everything from marketplace goods and bespoke commissions to task fulfillment and transportation services. Some whisper about less-than-legal deals being available on a 'dark web' version of Offr.com. The company denies these claims."
Sooner or later, all Contractors receive an invitation to join Offr Red, the secret membership tier. Offr Red members gain access to exclusive high-confidence, anonymous services. They can sell extraordinary items to Offr or put them up for auction for other Offr Red members to bid on. Crafty Contractors rejoice!
On rare occasions, Offr can even make deals to tie up pesky Loose Ends. However, they always demand a special favor in return.

Liam's dependence on Alcohol has reached a critical level. He knows when anyone else drinks from his flask, & will typically find it if it's lost - not soon enough, though - each day without it is torture, as tremors, sweats, & hallucinations wrack him while he is denied his best coping mechanism.
This Artifact cannot be broken. If this Artifact is lost and in no one else’s possession, it finds its way back to its true owner during the next Downtime.
By default, the creator of this Artifact is its true owner. The true owner may formally bequeath this Artifact onto another person within arm’s reach, after which they are its true owner. If this Artifact has no living true owner, anyone may spend one day attuning to it to become its true owner.
If the true owner of this Artifact ever dies, it immediately disappears. At least one week later, it will appear to Vigilantes and reveal its power to them. They become its new true owner.

The Dark Grimoire is an ancient black book with a blank cover, with the inside written in what appears to be Latin, along with a series of complex ritual diagrams. Somehow, the book always seems to have room for additional information to be written.

An extravagant longsword decorated with jewels, recovered from being embedded in a rock underneath a lack in the depths of Hell. The weapon has worked its way into the core being of the user, and is a font of power.
This Artifact can be used as a Sword/Axe. It is roughly the same size as a Sword/Axe and just as difficult to conceal.
Attack by rolling Brawn + Melee, Difficulty 6. Successful attacks deal 1 Weapon Damage +3 Bonus Damage. The target's fully effective
You also gain the following effects:
- Dismember: If one of your attacks causes a Battle Scar, you may choose for it to be some form of dismemberment, depending on the Severity of the Injury you caused.
- Shredder: If you successfully hit your target, the value of any armor they are wearing is reduced by 2. This penalty lasts until the armor is repaired.
