The Sons of Salem

The Sons of Salem is a loosely-organized conservative populist movement in the United States that preaches violent opposition to anything they perceive as witchcraft, demonic, or monstrous.
Blowhard podcaster Ted Gundy and former general of the mercenary group “Hognose,” Roland Rush, founded the movement in 2010 after a series of violent werewolf attacks and unexplained, supernatural murders in Tennessee. Memberships grew quickly, stoked by Ted’s fiery doomsday rhetoric on his podcast "Truth Seekers" and the aspiration of the masculine power embodied by Roland.
Although they speak of duty, honor, and maintaining the “natural order” of things, the Sons of Salem are driven by fear. They collect guns and appear at protests en-masse as a way of easing the all-consuming terror of their powerlessness. At the same time, they have conditioned themselves to respond to fear with “strength” (read: violence).

It was all Leon could do to contain it conditionally into the fox mask he had worn as a mockery of others. A presentation of the authentic self as a mask over the false self. Now, it exists as a mockery of the self, a mirror reflecting a twisted shadow. A reflection that he could no longer deny as the shadows with his face drew closer in his dreams. Trapped now in his new reality, it is cruel that he can no longer close his eyes and shut out the truth. The screaming will not be silenced; the smell of her blood will never leave his senses. He can no longer hide behind closed eyes or ignore the festering rot he feels inside. All he can do is don the mask.

Hunter senses
Hunter or hunted depends on who is found first
Walnut's body is adapted to hunt at night, noticing the slightest change in smell or sound.
There sense of smell is more akin to taste as walnut's long tunge tastes the air leading them to pray. And there antlers work as their missing ears absorbing sound waves from all directions.

Senses Beyond Nature
There are no notable changes for others to observe about this gift.
Many animals can see light outside the human range and by far less light than humans, Sarah can do the same, enhanced beyond the capabilities of the natural world to see by 'light' that isn't really there. This allows her to see in complete darkness just as well as in daylight.
Some animals can hear sounds above the human range, others hear below human range, Sarah is like the ones that do both, and with perfect clarity.
By a combination of magical animal mimicry and pwca magic to enhance it, Sarah's senses are expanded in specific ways beyond those of the natural world.
With the acquisition of this gift she can finally hear the full nuance of audial animal communication.

When the user focuses, their vision seems to broaden. Their other senses dull as the world becomes thousands of times more potent to the realm of sight. Both far and small become obvious as day, the heightened focus of the user becoming supernaturally powerful.
The users eyes get a faint glow upon them when focusing. Their colors become more vibrant as they enhance their vision drastically, able to discern things at both a far distance and able to narrow their scope to a miniscule level.
