Description

Childe will fire a arrow at a the target and a huge majestic narwhal made of water will emerge and takes a second before crashing down like a tsunami

System

Spend an Action, Exert your Mind, and target a Location in line of sight and within 50 feet to be the center of the blast. The area in a 20 feet radius of your target immediately and obviously becomes imminently dangerous. Next round, on your initiative, roll Dexterity + Athletics Difficulty 6 as a Free Action. Every creature remaining within 20 feet of the targeted Location takes Outcome + 1 damage. Armor is Reduced to 1/2, rounded up against this damage.

Enhancements

  • Detonation (Damage spreads to targets beyond the edge of the initial radius, decreasing by 2 Damage for every 5 feet traveled.)

Drawbacks

  • Focus (Using this Effect requires a specific kind of item.)
