Description

Occult practitioner recites an incantation of "Rite of Moonlight", and targets a single foe. The destructive potential of the spell depends on the spellcaster, and the attack is not impossible to dodge for the target of the spell.

Despite it's name, the spell itself is neither a rite, nor requires spellcaster to have Luna's light shine upon them. Rather, it was simply an attempt of generalizing a category of spells. The name itself, however, comes from it's unnatural pale shine, making first spellcasters associate it with the Moon in the night sky.
