A 1 Gift Mythic Dexterity Power used by Raphael Alessi, created by Dragonlizard.
Description
After his latest contract, Raphael was preparing his stash for his next contract, and when he was taking gear out he found a necklace with the symbol of Hermes on it. When he put on this necklace he felt lighter, faster, like he could run a marathon right then with no problem.
System
Passive, always in effect. Your Dexterity rating is increased by 1. You may Exert your Mind to automatically gain an Outcome of 5 on any roll that uses Dexterity (cannot be used on combat rolls or Power activations.)
A given Contractor may have a maximum of one Mythic Attribute. This Power can only be taken by Contractors who have purchased the fifth level of Dexterity.
Enhancements
- Bullet Time (Exert your Mind and spend an Action or Reaction to make a single dodge roll that applies its full Outcome to any attacks made against you that Round. Mob bonuses do not apply on attacks against you this Round.)
