Description

Rajhad snakes his rumal around the throat of his victim, cutting off breath & blood to the brain simultaneously. The braids of Kali wound into the black rumal wind tighter oif their own accord, drawing the victim into the Dark Mother's embrace.

System

Choose an Animate target within Arm's Reach, spend an Action, Exert your Mind, and roll Dexterity + Brawl Difficulty 6, contested by the target rolling Mind, Difficulty 6. If you succeed, they take a dice penalty equal to your Outcome for 2 rounds. Affected targets cannot Concentrate.

If their total dice penalty from all sources exceeds their Mind, they are instead stunned for 2 rounds and cannot act.

Enhancements

  • Violent Stun (Your Stun must be performed as a specific all-out attack that does full damage.)

  • Conditionally Costless (This Effect does not require Exertion in certain circumstances. The condition should be balanced such that it has an activation cost the majority of the time you are able to use it.)
