Description

Maria conjures a mare in the form of a small flame-like spirit, whispers a message to it, and sends it on its way to haunt the target's dreams.

System

Spend an Action and Exert your Mind to send a message to a target within 10 miles. You must have a specific target in mind, but you require only an intuitive understanding of them, such as their name, face, or Location.

The message can be no more complicated than a multi-page letter or long email. The message can only be seen/heard/read/felt by the intended recipient, but you must share a language.

Enhancements

  • Psychic Speaking (The message transcends the language barrier. You do not need to share a language with your recipient.)
  • Whisper Through the æther (You may Send Message to a target at any range.)

Drawbacks

  • Laaaaag (Your message takes at least 30 minutes to arrive at its target.)
  • Conditional (This Effect is only available when a certain condition is met. This condition must be severe enough that this Gift is unusable the majority of the time.)
    • Condition - The target must be asleep the message is delivered when they go to sleep next.
