Edgar, by virtue of his profession, diet, & personal hygiene, is crawling with bacteria. Specifically the grave dirt under his talons & the remnants of corpse flesh between his teeth. Any wound dealt by his Claws & Teeth may become infected with Gangrene if left untreated for 1 hour: A Gangrenous Wound is raised by +2 Severity for the Purpose of Stabilization & Wound Degradation. An attempt to Stabilize a Gangrenous Wound that scores less than 4 Successes results in an appropriate Battle Scar (Scarring, Amputation, etc)
Exert your Mind and roll Brawn + Brawl6 as a Committed Action against a target within Arm's Reach, who can contest it with Body, Difficulty 6 as a Free Action. If you succeed, the target is successfully infected with any mundane disease that is not generally fatal and is curable by modern medicine. The symptoms manifest immediately. They are not contagious. If the target cannot contract the disease for some reason, you cannot inflict it. Difficulty
