System
Exert your Mind and work on the target Device for One Hour. It receives 4 extra dice to all actions taken with the intended application. This effect lasts for Three Months.
This Power cannot be used on Armor, nor can it be used on Alien technology.
As always, dice bonuses to the same dice pool do not stack. Instead, the higher bonus is used.

(You may Upgrade Alien Devices. This does not add bonus dice to any rolls related to the Device’s passive or activated Effects.)

(You may Upgrade a piece of Armor, increasing its Armor rating by half the extra dice amount. If an upgraded shield and armor are both worn, the upgrade bonus does not stack with itself.)

(After you finish activating this Effect, you cannot move quicker than a walk (max 15 feet per Round) for one minute and suffer a -1 dice penalty for an hour. Exhaustion’s penalty and duration stacks with multiple activations.)
