Description
When you hunt vampires you need to know more information than is giving. This will give a better idea of what is around me and what I can really do.
System
Exert your Mind, and spend 1 Minute studying the area around a Location within 500 feet. At the end of the cast time, roll Dexterity + Melee Difficulty 6. The quality of the information you receive depends on your outcome, and the nature of the information depends on the Enhancements you have chosen.
The number of information-revealing Enhancements attached to this power is limited to 2 for Novice characters, 4 for Seasoned characters, and 7 for Veteran characters. You may still take any number of other, non-informational enhancements.
Enhancements
- Census (You learn where exactly creatures and people live within the area, and what sorts of creatures they are.)
- Traffic (You learn how heavily trafficked the area is, what sorts of Animate beings have moved through the area and when.)
Drawbacks
- Focus (Using this Effect requires a specific kind of item.)
- Unique Focus (This Power takes the form of a specific, unique item, which can be borrowed, lost, or stolen. You must use / wear this item as intended to use this Power.)
