They are 26 years old, and often appears as Caucasian wearing a trench coat.
Conner Metal lives in Pilos, a World much like our own.. for now.
Conditions are GM-assigned status effects.
Examples of Conditions include supernatural curses, enchantments, and diseases. Conditions are created by GMs and World leaders and are not subject to any standardized balance. Therefore, their effects may be altered or ignored outside the World where they were obtained. For example, lycanthropy may be contagious in one World, but not another.
Circumstances describe your Contractor's situation in various Worlds.
Enemies, wealth, notoriety, status, contacts, fame, and imprisonment are all examples of potential Circumstances.
Passive, always in effect. Attacks with will do +2 more damage. The target's Armor is Fully Effective.
Charles Metal can manipulate metal within 75 feet from him.
By concentrating fully, you are able to interact with objects you can see at a distance of 75 feet. Rolls for Actions taken with these objects use (Perception) in place of Brawn and (Int) in place of Dexterity. The effective rating for these Attributes is limited to 3 for Actions that would use Brawn and 1 for Actions that would use Dexterity.
You cannot engage in Combat with this Power, nor take any actions that require high manual dexterity (typing, using complicated tools, etc).
If the object passes out of sight, you lose your hold on it.
You must maintain concentration while using this Power. That means you cannot move or split your Action between using the Power and other Actions. If you are Injured or interrupted, you must roll Mind Difficulty 9 to maintain Concentration. If you fail, you cannot use this Power for a minimum of 6 - Wits rounds.
After the Contract conner grew a leg but it wasnt his own.
Your Extra Appendage functions either as a replacement body part or a standard humanoid arm and hand. Any Battle Scars on your Extra Appendage, including its complete loss, can be healed over one Downtime.
If your Extra Appendage acts as an additional limb instead of a replacement, you do not need to re-roll to maintain a successful grapple. Instead, your previous Outcome can be reused each Round until the grapple is broken.
This Power is passive and always in effect.
Conner goes full snake fu.
Passive, always in effect. Unarmed attacks will do +0 more damage. The target's Armor is Reduced to 1/2, rounded up.
Unlike the Ability Brawl, this Power does not affect small weapons such as knives.
The Cycle begins with Birth after birth follows death. Inbetween is the degradation of age. Conner is begininng to tap into the cycle and controlling it. The cycle speeds up and death comes sooner for the target. Conner lashes out with his tail wrapping it around a vehicle and begins to suck out its time causing the oil to grow old and the vehicle begin to rust.
Exert your Mind, target a living creature within Arm's Reach, and roll Dexterity + Occult6 as a Committed Action, which the target can contest by rolling Body, Difficulty 6 as a Free Action. If you succeed, the target is aged by Outcome in years. Difficulty
If target is human and aged beyond 40 they must roll Brawn difficulty (age/10 rounded down). If they fail, they lose Attribute point from either Perception, Brawn, or Dexterity (chosen randomly). Botches subtract additional Attributes. In the event that they are aged more than 10 years, they must make one such roll for each decade. Reducing any Attribute to 0 causes death (A Perception of 0 causes an indefinite coma).
Conner wraps his tail around a creature and his body turns completely white and liquid. He completely covers the animal in his new form and quickly begins to ooze inside through its pores, its mouth, or any orifices. Once inside he makes his way to the creatures brain and begins to pull and poke moving the creature to his will.
Exert yourself, choose an animal target within Arm's Reach and spend an Action activating this Power to possess them. If the Animal is sapient, you must succeed a contested Mind roll, where your Difficulty is 6 and the target's is 7.
The possession lasts for 1 Hour, and you may end it prematurely with a committed Action. During the possession, any rolls that utilize Brawn, Dexterity, or Perception use the target's Attribute values (determined by the GM) instead of your own. You do not have access to your Powers during the possession.
If you take damage, you are evicted back into your own body. You cannot force your host to take actions which would violate their instinct for self-preservation (which includes engaging in Combat for any purpose other than self-defense or natural hunting); any attempt to do so will sever the connection and send you back into your own body. If you are forced out of the target's body prematurely, you must make a Trauma roll.
If your body was destroyed during the possession, you die if evicted from the host or when this Power ends.
Nagas are renowned for their strength and Conner has been blessed with their strength. He now weilds a 2 ton club made from two weeping angels ducttaped together with a sledgehammer stick wedged into it.
Passive, always in effect. Your Brawn rating is increased by 1. You may Exert your Mind to automatically gain an Outcome of 5 on any roll that uses Brawn (Cannot be used on combat rolls or Power activations).
A given Contractor may have a maximum of one Mythic attribute. This Power can only be taken by Contractors who have purchased the fifth level of Brawn.
No Gifts assigned!
Using his Night Vision Scope, he views an item and finds all of it's flaws in design, improving on the design once he identifies the flaws. This is but a quick fix, and it even aggrivates those flaws immediately afterwards
Exert your Mind and work on the object in question for One Hour. It receives 3 extra dice to all actions taken with the intended application. This effect lasts for One Day.
This Power cannot be used on Armor.
As always, dice bonuses to the same dice pool do not stack. Instead, the higher bonus is used.
No Gifts assigned!
The Cross-Eye has further advanced, allowing the user to use it's latent nanotechnology to cloak the user in a special suit. This suit reflects light around the target, and softens all noise made by it. With this, a sniper could be right next to it's target or miles away, and they would never know
Exert your Mind and spend an Action to obscure yourself. You and any clothes or equipment you are wearing are obscured from Sight for 1 Minute. You cannot re-cast this Power until 1 Minute has elapsed. Entering Combat or being injured ends the effect early.
All mundane attempts to detect you via Sight fail, unless you chose vision. In that case, others must roll to detect you, and all attempts to detect you via mundane means are rolled at +2 Difficulty.
GMs should use their discretion when determining the exact effects of this Power. Standing still against a complex background may render you impossible to detect, and footprints in snow may make it easy. A chance to detect you is not guaranteed.
Conner lifts his head to the sky and lets out a roar "Aha ha aha ha Welcome to the Jungle...." there comes a chorus of shrieks as birds erupt from the trees around him swirling and dancing around him. "Welcome to my jungle."
Exert your Mind and spend a round issuing a command to a simple animal (not supernatural or sentient). This command can be issued from 300 feet, but you must have some means of knowing where the animal is and/or communicating the command to it. Your command cannot be beyond their intellectual grasp, it cannot obviously endanger them. Duration depends on the command, but is generally not longer than a day.
Subsequent commands to the same animal within an hour do not cost Exertion.
