    Conditions

    From The Tattered Curtain
    Genie wish 5ft tall
    From Assets and Liabilities
Beautiful You're quite the specimen! Rolls where your good looks could help are at -2 Difficulty, and social interactions should be role-played accordingly.
Contortionist You are unusually flexible, and may squeeze through small spaces with ease. Reduce the Difficulty of any roll to escape a grapple or Dexterity roll involving flexibility by 2.
Vengeful An insult to or an attack on your person simply cannot be tolerated. Each time someone wrongs you or disrespects you in a major way, you must succeed a Self-Control roll to resist taking revenge.
Short You are very short, 4’6” at most. You have difficulty reaching or manipulating objects designed for normal adults, and your move speed is reduced by half.

    Loose Ends

    Powers

Patrick has started to get a feeling when something is looking for him. It’s like a sixth sense that tells him when to leave a crime scene. He can hone it further by talking to the fae in the mirrors asking if those around are looking for him.

Exert your Mind and spend at least two Actions performing the following ritual: Knocks on a mirror twice and says “Mirror Mirror who should I fear” to activate. You must actively and obviously use An object with a reflective surface to activate this Effect. You must maintain Concentration while activating this Effect, and it fails if you are interrupted.

You automatically detect all Those that Have searched for Them and Those that are searching for Them within 50 feet of you for the next hour. This includes any who come within range during the duration. You have a sense of how many valid targets are nearby and their direction, but you are not aware of their exact locations.

Even while this Effect is not active, if any Those that Have searched for Them or Those that are searching for Them come within 50 feet of you, you may roll Perception + Alertness, Difficulty 7 to detect them.

Even if there are no Those that Have searched for Them or Those that are searching for Them within 50 feet of you, you become aware of the direction the closest one is in, as well as a rough sense of its distance from you.

You receive A Glimpse of their Face for each being you detect.

Leperchauns are renowned for their ability to be anywhere. One way they accomplish this is that locks are merely suggestions to them as when they knock sometimes the lock will invite them in.

Spend at least two Actions performing the following ritual: Knocks to activate. Select a door, lock, or locked target within arm's reach. This can be used on Alien technology. You must maintain Concentration while activating this Effect, and it fails if you are interrupted.

You may lock, unlock, and/or open your target.

This Gift's Cost is capped at 2 and cannot be increased further.

    • Any door or restraint that is fastened or shut with a mechanism may be considered locked, at the GM's discretion. Can be used on control panels or other electronic locks, but not computer security systems.
    • If you operate a locking mechanism through this Effect which has some other secondary effect (such as the ignition on a car causing the car to start) you may cause that effect as well.
    • You can target yourself if you qualify as a valid target by the other requirements.

Patrick always seems to get lucky he notices the paint can falling off the ladder to bonk his head and he easily side steps it. He notices the opposing player attempting to steal the basketball from behind him and he crosses the basketball over in front of him just a second before.

You gain the following benefits at all times.

Your Dexterity rating is increased by 1. You may Exert your Mind to automatically gain an Outcome of 5 on any roll that uses Dexterity (Cannot be used on combat rolls or Power activations).

You also gain the following effects:

    • Centered: You have perfect balance. You cannot be knocked over, and can maintain your footing regardless of the size or stability of the material underneath you.
    • Heightened Reflexes: You may make a single Reaction each round as a Free Action.

Patrick has gained the silver tounge of old granted to him by the Fae of the forest as they danced around him and changed him from within so much so he changed without.

You gain the following benefits at all times.

You may understand and communicate to humans and Sapient beings as if you are fluent in a relevant language.

    • The target of "human" refers to any target that speaks a human language.

Leperchauns are renownwed theives and half of that is because of their ability to walk wherever they please.

You gain the following benefits at all times.

You may move easily and without a roll in any of the following situations.

    • Spider Climber: You are able to climb on and cling to any surface without regard for the ordinary rules of gravity. You climb at half your normal movespeed.

Patricks inner Fae fire has begun to burn. He was taught by the fae to bring this magical fire forth and burn his enemies before him by cauing their luck to turn against them and actually magically ignite burning them alive.

Exert your Mind (only for extinguishing a fire, no cost for starting one) and spend an Action to activate. Select a target within 20 feet which has both fuel and oxygen available (if you are starting a new fire).

You may start or extinguish a fire as large as a Christmas tree fire at your target. You may create or extinguish fires the size of a lighter or candle flame without Exerting your Mind. Your fires require fuel and oxygen in order to continue burning.

Lighting a target on fire deals 5 damage per round, starting in the next round after the one in which they caught fire. This damage is reduced by Armor, but the target’s Armor rating will be depleted by any damage dealt, destroying the Armor once it reaches 0.

    • Someone may attempt to extinguish a fire that you started by spending an Action and rolling Dexterity + Athletics, Difficulty 8.
    • You can target yourself if you qualify as a valid target by the other requirements.

Leperchauns have always been known for wearing other faces. Now Patrick has this ability.

Exert your Mind and spend a minute to activate. You must actively and obviously use Belt to activate this Effect.

You become disguised in a manner of your choosing. The disguise lasts until you either activate a new disguise, or choose to end the effect.

The new appearance may have a different sex, age, and race to your own, and you may alter height by up to a foot and your weight by 50%. Your disguise may directly mimic the appearance of a specific individual. You may change the appearance of your outfit. You may add inhuman features to your disguise. Your disguise can alter your smell, DNA, and other aspects that are not perceivable via human senses. This does not conceal you against investigative Effects. A disguise cannot affect your Attributes or other stats.

You can "pass" in any culture or group without arousing suspicion as long as you look normal for that group and can communicate with those inside the group.

You may Exert your Mind and spend a minute to apply a disguise to a target. The target can Resist your attempt. The disguise lasts until you choose to end the Effect and counts as a Battle Scar. All the same restrictions on the disguise’s appearance apply.

    • A performance check is generally required to pass with people who know the individual you're mimicking.
    • While you may alter your outfit's appearance, this does not grant or store equipment.
    • While you can add inhuman features, they are aesthetic only. Think star trek alien, monstergirl, demon, etc. Does not grant things such as a prehensile tail, an extra damaging brawl attack, improved senses, etc.

Patrick's theivery has reached new heights. Patrick can now steal thoughts from people's dreams. Like robbing a vault but a little trickier you just need to jiggle it just right and itll open right up. He just has to be careful to not get lost in the dream.

Exert your Mind (unless The Targets doesn't notice patrick) and spend 15 minutes to activate. Select a Living, Animate target within 300 feet You must maintain Concentration while the effect is active. Roll Dexterity + Thievery at Difficulty 6. The target may resist by rolling Mind at Difficulty 7.

You are able to view your target's memories. The target is unaware their memories are being probed. The Effect ends if the target moves out of range or your Concentration is interrupted.

You may ask specific questions about their memory - “what is their computer password,” “What were they doing at 4:00PM yesterday,” etc - but you cannot get answers to broad, analytical questions like “are they a good person?” or “what are their plans for the future?”

Each question you ask and memory you replay takes a single Round to read.

This Effect is not obvious, and the only sign you are using an Effect is Patrick hums softly. If someone suspects that an Effect was used, they must roll Perception + Alertness, Difficulty 8 to pick up on your Tell.

Possession of this Power grants the following Trauma at all times: you can't trust another with your life with out rolling mind.

    • You can target yourself if you qualify as a valid target by the other requirements.

    • You may activate this Effect while in midair, allowing you to slow and survive any free fall.

    Sucats other helping hand

Created by Terra Abaddon, given to Patrick Oneal.
    Silver pendant given to Sucat

Julian Vasquez lays on the black top, spit on his forehead as Jason and Jessica walk away laughing. The need for justice fills his heart and he looks down at his Amulet, Paranoias amulet. he grabs it and red light glimmers through his hands. He calls out for Paranoia and his calls are returned. A demonic figure blood across his body bursts from the floor grabbing Jessica by the throat and using its twisted claws to shape Jessica's face into that of a pigs. Julian smiles, justice is served.

Exert your Mind and Spend an Action to activate. Select a Living target within arm's reach. Roll a single d10, Difficulty 4. If you fail or botch, the Effect fails and you cannot activate it again for an hour. Roll Charisma + Influence at Difficulty 6. The target may roll Body, Difficulty 7, as a Free Action to resist.

If you succeed, the target receives a new Battle Scar of your choosing, limited by the contested Outcome:

    1. A Minor Battle Scar E.g. an aesthetic-only body modification (a disfigured face, a pig's tail), impacted hand or foot, or vocal changes that complicate communication
    2. A Major Battle Scar E.g. a disabled/removed hand or foot, an inability to speak, an impacted major sense, removal of a minor sense, impacted movement.
    3. A Severe Battle Scar E.g. a disabled/removed arm or leg, deafness, aesthetic changes that are nearly impossible to conceal.
