Dr. Skunk has always been scrawny, and her weapons expertise can only be so useful when she's unable to carry more than a few pounds of iron and lead. After a little bit of finagling, Skunk has managed to negotiate with The Foundation to experiment on a 4th-dimensional SCP to aid in the creation of this new invention. If asked, Skunk would rant about pocket dimensions, parallel universes, and other popular sciences to explain how the invention works. If she were being honest, she would say that doesn't quite understand the way her collapsable armory works either...
The steamer case appears to be made out some kind of hard, durable plastic, the weight of which is impossibly low considering what it supposed to be held inside of it. The Collapsable Armory has two primary modes of use: Storage Mode and Weapons Mode. When operated in Storage Mode, the case opens into a primary compartment for placing weapons, complete with specially-carved velvet slots for each model of firearm. A button on one of the latches of the steamer case changes to a different compartment, one for storing ammunitions. Twisting a tab on the other latch will change from Storage Mode to Weapons Mode, allowing Skunk to use an Action to transform the entire steamer case into one of the weapons stored within. Perplexingly, weapons transformed in this way can end up *heavier* than the total weight of the steamer case in Storage Mode. An action can transform the case back to its original form, or into another weapon.
This Artifact can be used as a container. It is roughly the same size as a steamer trunk and just as difficult to conceal.
Your steamer trunk holds 5 times times what it normally could. Objects stored inside are weightless.
Living things can be stored in your steamer trunk. They will have access to anything else inside and may attempt to break free, damaging or destroying the steamer trunk in the process.
If your steamer trunk is destroyed, things inside may get out, and it will cease to function until it is repaired.
Only you may open and close the container. Others can still destroy it to get at the contents

You gain the following benefits as long as you are wearing this Artifact.
You have 3 Armor, which reduces incoming Damage. Armor from multiple sources does not stack.
You may transfer your Armor to another target within 30 feet once per Round as a Free Action. You may transfer it back to yourself at any range.
You may spend an Action or Reaction and Exert your Mind to double your Armor rating for one Round.
Your Armor cannot be destroyed or shredded, and it always provides a minimum of 2 Armor regardless of any Armor penetration. Your Armor cannot be circumvented with Called Shots.
When you take Damage from a source which is within 5 feet, deal back as much Damage as your Armor prevented.
The staff of random will summon a random minion upon use. The minion is loyal and will fight until it dies. The minion could be any monster like a slime or a devil.
Exert your Mind and spend an Action.
Summon a single Random at your location. They will last for two hours, or until they are destroyed. They are controlled by the GM but will follow any commands you give. This Artifact may have at most 2 minions active at a time.
You may only use this Effect once per day.
Wounds caused by this blade exude a black mist, just like the sword.
This Artifact can be used as a sword / axe. It is roughly the same size as a sword / axe and just as difficult to conceal.
Attack by rolling Brawn + Melee, Difficulty 6. Successful attacks deal Contested Outcome +5 Weapon Damage. The target's fully effective
This item is a living thing. It counts as a Creature when targeted. If destroyed or abandoned for more than two days, it dies and becomes unusable.
You also gain the following effects:
Chuckling, I feel for the right temple of my glasses. "Really, Jared, I'm surprised you're not a fan!" I say, casually walking behind him. He barely turns to continue our discussion of Weezer, and in an instant Denouncement is through his heart. "You've been poked by me, fool." I whisper gruffly before he fades. I flick the blood off the rapier and return it to my face before sitting down with a cigarette.
This Artifact can be used as a thrusting sword. It is roughly the same size as a thrusting sword but can be collapsed into Dahmer-style eyeglasses and concealed. Collapsing or expanding it costs a Quick Action.
Attack by rolling Dexterity + Melee, Difficulty 6. Successful attacks deal Contested Outcome +4 Weapon Damage.

The spy can do up their passport to take on the appearance of any valid form of identification they may need.
This Artifact can change its appearance. When not transformed, it is roughly the same size as a passport and just as difficult to conceal.
Exert your Mind and spend an Action to activate. This Artifact changes its appearance into an Object within the category of forms of identification. This lasts until you decide to end the Effect, which may be done as a Free Action.
The new object's appearance can mimic specific items (such as a particular painting, a certain person’s ID, etc), but must be of a similar size and weight to this Artifact.
The new appearance is illusory; it will hold up to scrutiny, but its composition is not altered and it gains no new functionality. Any attempt to use it for a function which it cannot perform (for instance, making bread look like a knife and then trying to stab someone) will cause the illusion to fail or allow a Perception check to see through the illusion, at the GM's discretion.
The Axe of Legend's blade has been imbued with the metal of the dark lord of rock and roll. It shreds chords and flesh. The rock god commanding it may recall it to their hand at will.
You also gain the following effects:
The De-Neuralizer is a small silver device that can emanate a bright flash of light. Any being that looks into it with uncovered eyes has their most recent period of the their memory set into a highly over-writable state for a moment. While in this state, their memories may be overwritten at will.
Exert your Mind and spend an Action. Select a Location within within arm's reach. All Sapient targets within 20 feet are affected. This Effect cannot be used unless the target is looking directly into the device with uncovered eyes. Roll Charisma + Influence at Difficulty 6. The target may resist by rolling Mind at Difficulty 7.
If the contested Outcome is positive, the most recent 1 hour from your target’s memory is either replaced with new memories or forgotten entirely. This is recorded as a Condition. The level of detail and completeness of the alteration depends on your Outcome. If you fail, the target realizes that you are attempting to alter their memories.
The period is chosen either by time (i.e. “last Friday night”) or by reference to a specific event (i.e. “when the murder occurred”).
The "Reaper" Assault Helmet is the signature piece of the Future Soldier's arsenal. It has a sleek, design and is made of a mysterious matte-metallic alloy. The wearer's face is exposed normally, but when a battle begins, a blue holographic visor flickers to life in front of the eyes. This HUD contains information about the soldier's ammunition and shield status, but more significantly can detect enemy combatants. Anyone nearby who is holding a weapon is painted with a red dot that follows them in real time. This allows the Future Soldier to fire at painted targets in the dark, detect ambushes lurking around corners, and grants an overall tactical advantage.
This Effect activates whenever combat begins. It does not require an Action or Exertion.
You automatically detect all people wielding weapons within 300 feet of you for the next hour. This includes any who come within range during the duration. You have a sense of how many valid targets are nearby, as well as their distance and direction.

Only you may open and close the container. Others can still destroy it to get at the contents
