You perform a mourning ballard for the departed, and your despair is monstrous. Until the song is over, you move as the shadowy figure of the banshee, thrashing and howling, inconsolable with grief.
Exert your Mind and spend a Quick Action. You must actively and obviously use a musical instrument to activate this Effect. You must make a Trauma roll when you use this Effect. Its Difficulty cannot be reduced by any means.
You transform into Cacophony for 3 minutes. You have access to all of your Powers while you are Cacophony, and you can use your equipment. Your Battle Scars, Injuries, and physical Liabilities are carried over between forms. Reverting from your Alternate Form cannot cause your existing Injuries to kill you. Instead, you remain Incapacitated.
While transformed, your Brawn is increased by 1 and your Intellect is increased by 1. You do not suffer any Stress while transformed.
Your alternate form renders you unable to speak any human language and incapable of fine object manipulation. You can only hold or grasp objects in a crude, clumsy way.
From putting his workers on the line and to his commandeering attitude he is still a charming fellow in some manner, demanding his name to be called, he is to be called the devil in a manner as the way of how sly he may be but how ruthless he is to his employees, all marked down by the tattoo on his back to represent it all.
You gain the following benefits as long as you have your An Oni tattoo on the back.
Your Charisma rating is increased by 1. You may Exert your Mind to automatically gain an Outcome of 5 on any roll that uses Charisma (Cannot be used on combat rolls or Power activations).

Able to move at incredible speeds with incredible grace, these movements follow an eight-fold trigram pattern that allows Wolfgang to quite literally draw physical power from the underworld. Though, due to the strength not being his own, the martial magnate has yet to master the movements enough to adjust to the speed, though he does relish the adrenal rush that follows moving at such manic speeds.
You gain the following benefits at all times.
You can run at two times your normal movement speed.
If you move faster than your normal move speed, the world around you turns to a blur, and Perception rolls are made at -3 dice.
The child, the moment they are shot; "explodes" into a melting viscous laughing black mob of many faces, and many voices... all of which are Mickey, sound like Mickey, and are just as malicious as Mickey.

While in this form, you can squeeze through any gap that a rodent could fit through.
Damage from standard attacks is halved, but Damage from AOE effects is increased by 1. You may spend an Action to reduce one of your Injuries’ Severity by 2, as long as you obtained the Injury while transformed and the separated pieces could reasonably be rejoined. You cannot communicate or use equipment while transformed. Your equipment does not transform with you beyond basic body coverings. You cannot carry any items while transformed.
You have access to your Powers while transformed.
You may turn this Effect on and off at will during its duration.

You may only use this Effect once per day.

The priest's miracles expand into the treatment and curing of poisons and diseases. To do so, they require a ceremonial dedication (or often re-dedication) to the service of their god, during which the priest and the patient pray together and perform ritualistic bloodletting. These wounds burn with holy, golden fire, attacking the sinful malady and expelling it from the body.
Exert your Mind and spend 1 minute. Select a Living target within arm's reach. You cannot target yourself. Your target takes a Severity 1 Injury. You must actively and obviously use a ceremonial dagger blessed with holy water to activate this Effect.

Finally, the girls are fusing the way they’ve wanted to since they began Contracting, three and a half years ago. It took Grace’s left eye for them to try this, but the girls are now able to spend a week focusing their energy towards a Battle Scarred area and permanently replacing it with The Spirit’s ghostly flesh. The replaced chunks, eyes, arms, whatever may come, appear just as The Spirit’s: bluish and semi-transparent, but now function just as the respective physical flesh would.
You gain the following benefits at all times.
Any Injury you receive heals quickly, reducing its Severity by one level every day. Any Injuries you receive while this Effect is active automatically count as a successful Proper Stabilization and do not deteriorate further. Any Battle Scars caused by such an Injury will heal with the Injury.
You may choose to heal any Battle Scar on yourself that is not caused by an Injury. Recovery takes one day, and the Battle Scar affects you fully until that time.
Possession of this Power grants the following Battle Scar: any scars that heal this way leave the flesh in that area bluish and semi-transparent, causing you to be viewed as a freak by most people who see you.
The mobster presents a reasoned, logical case to the target: there's a lot of dangerous folks out there, and only they can offer safety... for a price.
If they agree, they will pay the mobster a monthly fee for protection. If they stop making their payments... well, let's just say, the mobster can't be held responsible for any unsavory types that might pay them a visit.
This Effect cannot be used unless you are making a deal to exchange money for protection.

When crafting your oath, you may incorporate any of the following penalties:
The target cannot be compelled to agree via a direct threat of violence, another Effect, or another oath. If you would like to use clever wording to mislead the target, you must succeed a contested Intellect + (Culture or Influence) roll.
