Lavender holds out seeds and throws them to the ground. As they slowly dissolve into the Earth below them, they transform into _______ with cracking and shaping bones and flesh.
Exert your Mind and spend one minute. You must use up a handful of seeds in order to activate this Effect.
You transform into a bob cat or any region-appropriate medium-sized animal until you transform into something else or choose to return to your original form. See the Extended System text for stats.
While transformed, you cannot use any equipment (including Artifacts and Consumables), and you cannot use your Active, Direct, or Trap Powers. However, you can use your Passive Powers. Any equipment you are wearing transforms with you.
Injuries and Wound Level are carried over between forms. However, transforming can never kill you; you merely remain Incapacitated until your Injuries are sufficiently healed.
Shreds and fibers of the held paper fly off into telekinetic pieces from Bryan's form, enabling him the ability to manipulate objects from a distance. These paper shreds are supernatural in nature, and are able to fold, expand, and shift to match the abilities of typical telekinesis.
You gain the following benefits as long as you are in your Amorphous Transformation. You must actively and obviously be using folding paper to gain the benefits of this Effect.
You can interact with things that are within 75 feet without needing to physically touch them or be near them. Any rolls made for Actions taken in this way use a Mental Strength of 1 in place of your Brawn rating, a Mental Agility of 4 in place of your Dexterity, and otherwise use your own Attributes and Abilities.
Telekinetic actions have the following restrictions and behaviors:
The user grabs the target's wrists as they start freezing up, both the user and target's sweat along with the natural humidity in the air are used to then create brittle handcuffs that bind the target's hands together along with freezing their feet in place.
Spend an Action to activate. Select a target within arm's reach. Roll Intellect + Science at Difficulty 6. The target] may contest by Defending or Dodging.
If you succeed, your target will be restricted at their location by a physical, tangible binding. They can still move their arms and use Effects, but cannot move to a new location.
Restricted targets may escape their binding by spending an Action and taking a Severity-1 Injury.
This Gift's level is capped at 2 Gifts and cannot be increased further.
The wire around Pol's wrist glows with a neon blue light. Pols hand disintegrates and from the stump a small portal emerges and from it flys a spray of blood that hangs in the air briefly defying gravity. The bloody spray is mixed with tiny nanomachines that coagulate it into individual cubes which quickly start to merge together into a rough voxel representation of the item before solidifying together. Once whole a quake travels through the voxels and they fall to the ground in a wet deluge soaking the area underneath. From inside of the voxel shape stands the item that was previously digitized now reassembled.
When something is initially digitized into the stash the same process with the hand happens but a laser shoots out and segments the target into the digitized cubes, leaving bloody rivulets where each cube is cut. Once the target has been segmented a large tendril of nanomachines shoots from Pol's wrist stump and start vacuuming up the cubes one by one.
Spend an Action. You must actively and obviously use Bundle of Wire. to activate this Effect.
You may withdraw an item from your stash, or add an item that is within arm’s reach to your stash. You may only stash targets which are in your possession, grappled, or otherwise controlled by you.
You may store any targets in your stash, each no larger than something which could fit inside a rolling luggage bag (50 liters), and you may store up to 7 things at a time.
Animate targets may Resist being stashed.
Anyone who witnesses you during this Effect's activation will almost certainly be disturbed to see Wrist digitizing.
Whenever you withdraw an Object from your Stash, you must immediately Stash another object to replace it. You may only stash objects you are attuned to. Attuning an object requires one minute of physical contact.
Kalist uses his position as a mob enforcer to make deals that reduce the particpant's debt.
You may make an oath with any number of physically-present, Sapient targets. Communicate the oath's terms to the targets, including the requirements and penalties for each participant. If all agree to the terms, you must Exert your Mind and all participants must shake hands to seal the deal.
Record the oath as a Condition. If a party breaks the oath, the Condition ends and they suffer the oath's penalty.
When crafting your oath, you may incorporate any of the following penalties:
The targets cannot be compelled to agree via a direct threat of violence, another Effect, or another oath. If you would like to use clever wording to mislead the targets, you must succeed a contested Intellect + (Culture or Influence) roll.
Whenever a participant breaks the oath, you are immediately made aware and may even witness the act as if standing nearby.
It is obvious to your targets that the oath you are proposing will be supernaturally enforced.
The same terms and penalties must apply to every party in each deal.

True to their namesake, the hacker can penetrate the security of any computer system, granting access to its informational stores, or, in a pinch, allowing them to issue commands. The hacked system will display a flickering image of a ghost until it is dismissed.
While hacking, The Technician's fingers move with supernatural speed, blurring like a ghost.
Exert your Mind and spend 1 minute. Select a Computer within arm's reach. Does not work on Alien technology. Roll Intellect + Technology, with the Difficulty set by the GM depending on the security of the system you are hacking. Sapient targets can resist by rolling Mind at Difficulty 6.
If you succeed, you may issue a single command to the targeted system. This command must have a specific outcome or be a request for specific login credentials. The command you issue must be within the machine's current capabilities. For example, you cannot order a standard security camera to grow legs and walk around.
If your command does not require bypassing the security of the target (for example, typing on a computer that is unlocked), you do not need to Exert your Mind to activate this Effect, and activation only takes a single Action.
Your Hack cannot be reversed through mundane means for a number of hours equal to your Outcome.
Every hack you make leaves behind a flickering image of a ghost in the system as a personal "calling card" that informs anyone who uses the system that the hack occurred.
