Description
John Henry can now communicate with non-garou and can communicate with anyone he knows. He speaks into a potatato and it vanishes into the aether sending his message through the umbra.
System
Spend an Action and Exert your Mind to send a message to a target within 10 miles. You must have a specific target in mind, but you require only an intuitive understanding of them, such as their name, face, or Location.
The message can be no more complicated than a multi-page letter or long email. The message can only be seen/heard/read/felt by the intended recipient, but you must share a language.
Enhancements
- Conversational (Instead of sending a single message, you open up a line of communication to your target. You may converse with them without any additional Exertion cost for as long as one of you maintains Concentration.)
- Cantrip (Activating this Effect has no Exertion cost, but its Gift Cost can never be increased above 2.)
- Whisper Through the æther (You may Send Message to a target at any range.)
Drawbacks

Standard Issue Communicator
(Your target must be in possession of a specific device or token that only you can make. You target these devices instead of individuals, and if they are stolen, the message will be intercepted. Anyone who possesses a device can Send Message to you.)
