You tell a joke so funny the dead wake to join the act. Rigor mortis gives way to rictus grins and mechanical humor, and the animate corpse laughs just as heartily at any commands you issue as though they were just as funny as the original joke.
The corpses are powered by Mingus' own broken dreams. Once, he was driven by the idea that he could use the art of clowning to motivate the world to be better, more caring, more generous people. Now, that desire for motivation has culminated in a twisted perversion: he can motivate people to action - any action he wants! - with his jokes, but only after they've died. This is, of course, terrifying to him - he's still too human for it not to be.
Exert your Mind and spend one minute. Select a Dead target within arm's reach that has died within the last month. You must make a Trauma roll when you use this Effect. Its Difficulty cannot be reduced by any means. If you fail or Botch, you receive one Mind Damage and a new Trauma.
Your target rises as an Animate being. The raised creature is totally mindless, with no memory of its past life or hint of its old personality. They cannot communicate. They will follow any command you speak.
The creature lasts for eight hours or until it dies again. It is revived at full health. Any Injuries it had in life are not accounted for when determining its penalties or progression towards re-death, though they may affect its ability to perform certain actions at GM's discretion.
Raised creatures have their Abilities set to the same that they were in life. Their Charisma and Intellect are set to 1, but their Dexterity, Brawn and Perception are the same as they had in life. A raised creature cannot use any Effects.
This Effect is not obvious, and the only sign you are using an Effect is The corpse laughing whenever Mingus gives it a command. If someone suspects that an Effect was used, they must roll Perception + Alertness, Difficulty 8 to pick up on your Tell.
Edward can investigate the details of a murder scene and reconstruct the evidence in his mind as if he was the murderer to see how it would have happened and guess the murderer’s state of mind/motive/psychological profile. While this is happening he acts accordingly to if he was truly living the experience, stepping where the killer seemingly would have been etc. (other than actually commuting a murder obviously)

Very small root-like tendrils burrow into the target, not all that different from the original Chinhana, though fractured off a whole rather than from the original seed.
Once inside the target, they burrow through the flesh until they reach the brain where they begin growing and replacing it.
Exert your Mind and spend an Action. Select a Dead target within arm's reach that has died within the last month. This Effect cannot be used unless Targets brain must be mostly intact.

Spend an Action. Select a number of Living targets equal to your Charisma within 45 feet. Roll Charisma + Culture at Difficulty 6. Affected targets can resist by rolling Mind at Difficulty 6.
If you succeed, for the next hour, affected targets will do things they otherwise wouldn’t have done, inspired by comradery. They will not necessarily display their emotions in an obvious way.
Actions they take will be in keeping with their character and the way they tend to deal with strong emotions. They will be unlikely to change their mind about any actions taken or decisions made until after the Effect ends.

Stareye guides the healing light from himself to his target, curing them of their ailments to the best of his ability.
Exert your Mind and spend 2 Actions. Select a Living target within arm's reach. This Effect cannot be used unless Stareye must take at least a severity one injury to pass his internal healing light onto the target, or perhaps CPR style kiss them, but I doubt he’s going to do that.. You must make a Trauma roll when you use this Effect. Its Difficulty cannot be reduced by any means. Choose a specific Injury on your target that has not yet been treated with this Effect and roll Dexterity + Performance at Difficulty 6.
If you succeed, the Injury is reduced in Severity by your Outcome. If you reduce its Severity to 0, the Injury is fully healed. Otherwise, it is partially healed and will heal the rest of the way at its natural rate.
This counts as a successful Makeshift Stabilization if the Injury was not already Stabilized; any Battle Scars caused by the Injury will remain.
If your Outcome is greater than the Severity of the Injury you were attempting to treat, you may apply any excess Outcome to other Injuries on the same patient.
Possession of this Power grants the following Trauma at all times: Fear of invasive medical procedures..
To activate this Gift, he simply takes out a plain, everyday-looking ballpoint pen from his pocket. The pen is unremarkable, the kind that can be found in any office supply store, and has a simple blue barrel with a black ink refill.
When Zhang Wei exerts his mind and spends an action to use the "Revive Routine," he clicks the pen's button, producing an audible click that serves as the catalyst for the Gift's effect. He then draws a small, inconspicuous symbol on the target's forehead with the pen. The symbol glows faintly for a moment before fading away, signifying that the ritual is complete.

The level of detail and completeness of the alteration depends on your Outcome. If you fail, the target realizes that you are attempting to alter their memories.
The period is chosen either by time (i.e. “last Friday night”) or by reference to a specific event (i.e. “when the murder occurred”).
