Through a ritual Jules can see all. He has been able to use his power to see what need to be taken or get a better idea of what is around him. He can sense the world around him by speaking with spirits. Jules will do a ritual for the name of his goddess and let the blod flow!

Exert your Mind and spend one minute to activate. This Effect cannot be used unless Darkness/Shadows. You must use up Egyptian Beer in order to activate this Effect.

You may perceive things within 1 mile of you as though there were no walls or obstacles blocking your view for the next five minutes.

Any Perception rolls made through obstacles are rolled at +1 Difficulty.

After this Effect ends, you cannot move quicker than a walk for one minute and suffer a -1 dice penalty for an hour.

Exert your Mind and spend an Action.

You may perceive things through hearing within 500 feet of you with perfect clarity as though there were no walls or obstacles blocking your view for the next 30 minutes. You must maintain Concentration to keep up the effect.

You may perceive through up to 15 feet of material. The Difficulty of all Perception rolls made through a wall are increased by 1 per wall.

  • You can target yourself if you qualify as a valid target by the other requirements.
  • Your target must be within line of sight, or within range of another sense if more fitting for the Gift's flavor.

Exert your Mind (unless Phil is in direct sunlight) and spend an Action. Select a target Location within 75 feet , and which is directly adjacent to the ground. You must be within arm's reach of the ground to activate this Effect.

You may perceive things through hearing as if you were standing at that Location for the next 30 minutes. You must maintain Concentration to keep up the effect. You cannot perceive anything at your physical location while the effect is active.

This Effect is not obvious, and the only sign you are using an Effect is underground rumbling. If someone suspects that an Effect was used, they must roll Perception + Alertness, Difficulty 8 to pick up on your Tell.

  • You can target yourself if you qualify as a valid target by the other requirements.
  • Your target must be within line of sight, or within range of another sense if more fitting for the Gift's flavor.

Exert your Mind and spend an Action. This Effect cannot be used unless the area has been investigated or properly mapped out to a thorough degree. You must use up 1 liter of ink in order to activate this Effect. You must make a Trauma roll when you use this Effect. Its Difficulty cannot be reduced by any means.

This Effect activates whenever someone talks about you. It does not require an Action or Exertion. Select a target Location within 75 feet.

You may perceive things through hearing as if you were standing at that Location for the next 30 minutes. You must maintain Concentration to keep up the effect. You cannot perceive anything at your physical location while the effect is active.

  • When triggered, the Effect activation resolves immediately after the triggering Action. It is not Reaction speed.
  • You can target yourself if you qualify as a valid target by the other requirements.
  • Your target must be within line of sight, or within range of another sense if more fitting for the Gift's flavor.

You may perceive things as if you were standing at that Location. The effect lasts indefinitely but you must maintain Concentration to keep it up. You cannot perceive anything at your physical location while the effect is active.

You create a visible manifestation at the Location where your senses are projected which looks like a ghostly image of yourself meditating.
