While inside The Well and energized by its effects, this sketchbook is able to create imitations of perfect concepts and objects and bring them forth into reality. It does require some form of direction, in the form of a drawn picture. The picture, once placed on the ground beneath the user will slowly lose form into a shapeless blob of weightless black ink. Within the span of about a minute, it will reform into the drawn object.
The drawings can be predone so long as they follow along with the proper prerequisites.
Exert your Mind (unless you win a coin flip) and spend 1 minute. This Effect cannot be used unless the user is within the Hollow Choir. You must use up a competently drawn picture of the item in question (At least 4 Outcomes) in order to activate this Effect.
Choose an Object which could fit inside a large luggage bag (up to 75 liters). It must be Non-Alien and generic but can include rare or complex materials (such as radium, gold, or drugs). You can create explosives, but they are limited in size to being no larger or more powerful than a satchel charge. You cannot create firearms.
Roll Perception + Crafts to fabricate up to 5 copies of your chosen Object. The Difficulty is assigned by the GM and depends on the specificity of your chosen Object. Your created items no longer expire, and will last until they are destroyed.
Anyone who witnesses you during this Effect's activation or for its duration will almost certainly be disturbed to see an Eidolon of the Well. The act of meddling with other planes of existence does not come without some undesired side effects. Sometimes, when peering through the veil with the intent to make use of its energies, something stares back and imparts upon the onlooker a warning of disorienting magnitude. Requires an Anguish Roll.
After you finish activating this Effect, you cannot move quicker than a walk (max 15 feet per Round) for one minute and suffer a -1 dice penalty for an hour. Exhaustion’s penalty and duration stacks with multiple activations.
Zipping the jacket all the way causes it to extend over the wearer's entire body, appearing as the jacket in addition to studded jeans, steel-toed boots, and a lightweight motorcycle helmet.
Exert your Mind (unless you win a coin flip) and spend an Action. Roll Dexterity + Drive at Difficulty 6.
If you succeed, you create a barrier around yourself, which absorbs the next Outcome + 6 Damage. The Damage reduction from the barrier is applied before Armor. This Artifact may only have 1 active barrier at a time.
The barrier will fall after two hours, or if it absorbs the full amount of Damage. When a barrier falls, you cannot use this Effect again for a minimum of 2 Rounds.
Sora forms a pair of purple spheres of lightning in his hands before combining and launching them either at a target (Chain Lightning) or up into the air. (Hail Storm)

He's not sure when it happened exactly, or Why it happened, but at some point the backpack simply changed. It was always his "Lucky Backpack," but this was something new. Dubbed the Evidence Locker by his fellow detectives, it takes far more to fill the bag than it used to. Maybe it was all the magical and alien things he kept putting in it. Whatever the reason, why look a gift horse in the mouth. (no pun intended).
