Edith is covered in tattoos, most noticeably those on her arms. Her forearms are decorated with arrows that go all the way to the back of her hand that flash green alongside The Maiden.
The tattoos are pictographic and numerous. They're like small scenes that decorate her body, save for a few specific examples. On her left shoulder, it depicts a tentacle that wraps all the way around and stabs into her body. Unlike the other tattoos that are black, this one is blood red. On her back sits a center piece. It depicts four figures being chased by a large bird and carrying an egg. One points a shotgun towards the bird, one throws a knife, once points Hypnos towards the bird, and the last one carries the other figures. They are framed by a protective shield.
You gain the following benefits at all times.

My left arm is made of several white-steel sections, filled with (currently) red gel-like sections that function as muscles. My forearm's gel-sections open to reveal several medical tools, including a scalpel, and when closed, the tool rack spins slowly, decoratively, under the surface, making the arm catch the light. Fingertips are currently round, dot-like white steel digits, but they give *almost* like human skin.
Baseline for future expansion. Gel will change from red to blue overtime as the transformation progresses, and will become purple when no human tissue remains. Gel shows system integrity status (it is presently red because uh, system is not integral rn)
You gain the following benefits at all times.

When this effect occurs, Edgar undergoes a dramatic transformation, a period of rampant mutation from the multiple monstrous forces contained within his body - his talons lengthen, dripping with steaming, heated blood - his flesh writhes obscenely, as if dozens of steel cables pulsed & moved below his rugose flesh while his lolling tongue will often split like a flower, either into multiple tendrils or multiple eyestalks - perhaps most disturbing of all, his eyes swell & then burst - leaving gaping holes filled with a guttering orange flame. While under these episodes, the alien flesh of the Provider instantly regenerates any lost flesh, up to & including lost limbs - these mutations are imperfect however, often being formed of squamous flesh studded with the screaming faces of people the Ghoul has consumed - this flesh will swiftly become unstable, tearing itself away & crawling off to die (hopefully...) when the episode ends.
Augments during Mutation Episode
-Death Chisels (Maws & Claws, Aquatic Adaptation)
-No Escape (+15 Movement, Pouch)
-Blind
Exert your Mind and spend an Action.

While transformed, your Attributes are the same. You do not suffer any Stress while transformed.
If you take a Severity 4 or higher Injury while transformed, you change into a pulsating mound of flesh composed of the screaming corpses of all those the Ghoul has consumed. All dice rolls are at -1 Difficulty for the next minute or until this Effect ends
If you are restricted, restrained, dazed, sleepy, or stunned, you may activate this Effect to break free or end the negative effect. You cannot free yourself by transforming more than once a minute.

It can be perceived by people through their sight. The illusion cannot be used as an attack. You may create a replica of a specific being or Object, though it is still limited by what you do or do not know about the subject.
Anyone who touches the illusion (or who would be able to perceive it significantly through a sense it cannot fool) realizes it is an illusion, and the entire effect will be ended for all targets.
The illusion will remain fixed to its initial target, and can only change locations if the initial target is mobile in some way. You must maintain Concentration while using this Effect. The barrier will fall if you are interrupted, or if it absorbs the full amount of Damage. When a barrier falls, you cannot use this Effect again for a minimum of 2 Rounds.
This Effect is not obvious, and the only sign you are using an Effect is you whispering a prayer under your breath. If someone suspects that an Effect was used, they must roll Perception + Alertness, Difficulty 8 to pick up on your Tell.
