Showman's Finess
Showmen need to have incredibly precise control of their limbs and exteemeies to pull off the stunts and tricks they perform without getting caught. But these days the limits of humanity won't cut it, a showman would have to break beyond what's normally possible to truly gather a crowd.

Charlatans

Nowadays you can't go a day without some phony prophet trying to peddle their wares to you.
Driven by the increased interest in the supernatural, charlatans from palm readers to televangelists are everywhere. And while the vast majority of witches, psychics, magicians, hypnotists, cures, potions, faith healers, and clairvoyants are complete fakes, they do make a living.
As the saying goes, "it's easier for an actor to make it in alternative medicine than Hollywood."
Most people scoff at these clearly-phony supernatural services, yet those same people often buy into at least one scam.
The most dangerous charlatans are the self-styled monster hunters who carry a mall-ninja arsenal and guns with silver bullets. Most have never encountered anything supernatural and do absolutely nothing besides burn some sage and patrol the area for a night or two. Even so, those who are superstitious, fearful, or desperate enough will hire them to solve the problems they simply don't understand. In some cases with disastrous results.
For Contractors, charlatans are red herrings and obstacles. Clumsy fakes that conjure a smokescreen of misinformation and escalate the situations they're in.

After getting particularly drunk during his last outing, Cleatus woke up practically constantly as loose and relaxed as he had been when he was sauced. Now constantly benefiting from that state of snappy relaxation, Cleatus finds it easier than ever to react and roll his way into battle. Though he doesn't know that it was in fact a drunken request to be like this forever to a harbinger he met while blasted out of his mind after the last job that resulted in this.

- You cannot React to the same Action more than once.
- Reminder: to calculate the distance you can dash in one Round of combat, add together Dexterity + Brawn + 1, and multiply that by 5 feet.

You gain the following benefits as long as :, user is in a alarmed, frantic or delirious state, the threat is an Animate, and there is a dangerous threat present and you have your allies.
Your Dexterity rating is increased by 3. You may Exert your Mind to automatically gain an Outcome of 5 on any roll that uses Dexterity (Cannot be used on combat rolls or Power activations).
Possession of this Power grants the following Battle Scar: Stiff Neck.
If you are witnessed actively using this Effect, whoever sees it can make a Perception + Alertness roll at Difficulty 6. A complete success reveals the source of your power.
You also gain the following effects:
- Centered: You have perfect balance. You cannot be knocked over, and can maintain your footing regardless of the size or stability of the material underneath you.
- Double Time: You have one extra Action per Round. You cannot take an Action after taking a Reaction.
- Track Star: You may always move at your full Dash speed without any penalty.
- Reminder: to calculate the distance you can dash in one Round of combat, add together Dexterity + Brawn + 1, and multiply that by 5 feet.
- If your allies is damaged, destroyed, or lost, you lose all benefits from this Effect for the next two months.
