Its various inhabitants have adapted to such a harsh terrain- Umbra was no different, and Luci's connection to the Well allows her to temporarily adopt some of those perceptive traits.
Luci's irises swell with cloudy blackness, like a drop of paint trailing down in a jar of water, turning her eyes from a light hazel to a deep black to annotate this change.

Any senses which have been heightened cannot be overloaded. Battle Scars you receive cannot affect these senses.

Exert your Mind and spend 1 minute. Roll a single D10 as a critical failure check. If you roll a 1, the Effect fails, and you Accidentally pull out something incredibly useless or dangerous. You must actively and obviously use a bag of any kind to activate this Effect.
Choose an Object which could fit inside a large luggage bag (up to 75 liters). It must be Non-Alien and generic. You cannot create explosives. You may create firearms.
Roll Charisma + Performance to fabricate your chosen Object. The Difficulty is assigned by the GM and depends on the specificity of your chosen Object. Your created items no longer expire, and will last until they are destroyed.
A moment of concentration passes, and Don becomes deeply uninteresting to those around him. When he talks, it's just another indistinct voice in the crowd. When he walks, it's just a random stranger moving on. Anyone who meets eyes with Don would barely remember seeing him, and would likely forget about him the moment they look elsewhere.

While this Effect is active, any Effect that would obscure you from other, additional senses fails automatically. If someone discovers you, this Effect will not help you hide from them for the next minute. Activating a targeted or obvious Effect, attacking, or being Injured ends the Effect. When the Effect ends, it is disabled for one minute.
Austin pulls a particular sock out from his collection. Suddenly a warm ocean breeze blows from behind him as his clothes morph and change into those of a daring pirate. A large knife appears in his hand as a flintlock pistol appears in the other. A bandolier of backup flintlocks cross the pirates chest.

You transform into The Legendary Dread Pirate Captain Gareth for 3 minutes. You have access to all of your Powers while you are The Legendary Dread Pirate Captain Gareth, and you can use your equipment. Your Battle Scars, Injuries, and physical Liabilities are carried over between forms. Reverting from your Alternate Form cannot cause your existing Injuries to kill you. Instead, you remain Incapacitated.
While transformed, your Dexterity is increased by 1.
You do not suffer any Penalty while in your Alternate Form.
While transformed, instead of your normal clothes and equipment, you are equipped with: Pirate outfit, large knife, flintlock, bottle of rum
While transformed, you automatically fail any Mind roll to resist an impulse and suffer -3 dice on all other Mind rolls.
Your feathers shimmer with magical energy, your eyes sparkle with wisdom and knowledge beyond a natural creature. You are now a magical animal.

You transform into a magical bald eagle until you transform into something else or choose to return to your original form. See the Extended System text for stats.
While transformed, you cannot use any equipment (including Artifacts and Consumables), and you cannot use your Active, Direct, or Trap Powers. However, you can use your Passive Powers. The equipment you are wearing does not transform with you.
Injuries and Wound Level are carried over between forms. However, transforming can never kill you; you merely remain Incapacitated until your Injuries are sufficiently healed.
While transformed, you may speak and use any Influence or Communication Powers you posses.
While transformed, you are obviously unusual, unnatural, or alien, and the average person will take a special interest in you.
Focusing supernatural wind into a sickle- he fuses into his body, changing his form into that of a black sable. With this transformation, he attracts a large gang of naturally colored stoats, weasels, and sables that are Kamaitachi. They come from behind trash cans, out of holes in the ground, or out of kitchen cabinets to join together and form a large 'confusion', including his companion Kazarisu.

While transformed in this state Ricter loses his ability to talk, yet the group shares memories, ideas, his powers, and information wordlessly as if one creature but keeping their personalities. The group works together and acts in unison, supplementing all their attacks and moves using their superior numbers instead of straight brute force.
Given Kazarisu is joining the pack he has to be summoned to help out in using this ability. When dismissed, the many weasels summoned will typically scatter, either wishing Ricter good luck or thanking them for the 'fun time' if things went well. Reverting Ricter to his humanoid shape.
Exert your Mind and spend an Action. You must actively and obviously use a sickle to activate this Effect.
You transform into a confusion of weasels for the next hour. You may end the effect early and return to your normal form at will. Your structure must remain relatively contiguous. Observers will view you as an unusual entity moving with a singular purpose.
While in this form, you can squeeze through any gap that a rodent could fit through.
Damage from standard attacks is halved, but Damage from AOE effects is increased by 1. You may spend an Action to reduce one of your Injuries’ Severity by 2, as long as you obtained the Injury while transformed and the separated pieces could reasonably be rejoined.
You cannot communicate while transformed. Your equipment does not transform with you beyond basic body coverings. Carrying capacity is unaffected.
You have access to your Powers while transformed.
You may use equipment while transformed.
The time-twister presses a button on one of their wristwatches, and, in a flash of orange light, disappears. They have skipped 12 seconds forward in time. To them, the travel is instantaneous, but everyone else must wait until they reappear.

You phase out of reality for 4 Rounds. During this time, you cannot perceive or affect the outside world or take any Actions. You cannot move. Nothing can interact with you in any way.
When you phase out, you may bring up to 1 additional target in arm's reach with you.
The beastmaster closes their eyes and channels nature's bloody struggle for survival. When their eyes reopen, they catch the light and glow red like a dog's. While in this heightened state, they may sense heat signatures and triangulate the tiniest sound.

The Thief has a stash in which they can store a few objects. It can be accessed through any burlap sack.
Spend a Quick Action. You must actively and obviously use a burlap sack to activate this Effect.
You may withdraw an item from your stash, or add an item that is within arm’s reach to your stash. You may only stash targets which are in your possession, grappled, or otherwise controlled by you.
You may store Objects in your stash, each no larger than something which could fit inside a briefcase (15 liters), and you may store up to 3 things at a time.
You may choose to equip any equipment you withdraw at no additional cost.
The Vampire may channel their inner beast and take the form of an animal. It is said they may transform into either a wolf or a bat. If used too often, the Vampire risks losing themselves to their beast forever.
