Mirror on the Wall Who is the fairest of them all
Barry focuses on a mirror, and the surface changes to reveal his target. The target will see Barry appear in a shimmering image in front of them, and be able to converse with him, as well as project images and video through the reflection.
Exert your Mind and spend an Action. Select a target any distance away from you. You must have a specific target in mind, but you require only an intuitive understanding of them, such as their name, face, or Location. You must actively and obviously use a Mirrored Surface to activate this Effect.
You open up a line of communication to your target, and may converse with them as long as one of you maintains Concentration

Nothing like some mind-to-mind communication to get the job done
While addressing a crowd, the influencer may use coded language to send secret messages to a particular person in the crowd. These messages can't be noticed or understood by anyone but the intended target.
Danny channels her mental abilities to send a psychic message from herself to another person. This message looks like wispy words inside the mind of the target, with a kind of wavy filter applied over their vision
Exert your Mind and spend an Action. Select a target within 300 feet of you. You must have a specific target in mind, but you require only an intuitive understanding of them, such as their name, face, or Location.
You may send a single message to your target. It can be no more complicated than a multi-page letter or a long email.
The message will only be perceived by the intended recipient. You must share a common language for your target to understand the message.
This Effect is not obvious, and the only sign you are using an Effect is A handsign with the left hand. If someone suspects that an Effect was used, they must roll Perception + Alertness, Difficulty 8 to pick up on your Tell.

If the need is dire enough, Emperor Norton II can inscribe a missive with the Imperial Pen - if acting in his official capacity, everyone within a given postal code will receive this message immediately, typically as a copy of the written note, though other messages are possible.
Spend an Action. This Effect cannot be used unless both you & any potential targets are within the same Postal Code. You must actively and obviously use Imperial Raiment to activate this Effect.
You may send a single message to all targets which are within a specified range. It can be no more complicated than a multi-page letter or a long email.
