Minerva focuses on a target and wiggles her nose some, looking at them in both the physical lands and the Dreamlands for a moment. In the Dreamlands, such focus can be dangerous. She leaves a small concept in them - one she holds herself. And thus, in the Dreamlands, the distance is always negligible.
And by finding the concept she has put in them, she can find the concepts around that, of course. And with that, she can find that which she embedded the concept in, no matter where it is.
Spend an Action. Select a target within 300 feet.
Your target is marked with a small shard of softly glowing pink crystal, burried deep in the target, near its core. The mark can only be discovered with a deep medical inspection or Effect. Removal inflicts a Severity 1 Injury on the target.
You are aware of the marked target's direction and distance from you. This lasts for an hour, or until either the mark is removed, or you choose to end the Effect. You can have up to 1 mark active.
You may activate another Effect through your Mark as though you were standing at its location. This destroys the Mark.
You may use any Awareness Powers on a marked target at any range.
You receive +2 dice to any rolls made against a marked target.
This Gift's Cost is capped at 2 and cannot be increased further.
This Effect ends if you are stunned, fall asleep, go unconscious, are incapacitated, die, or if your total Stress ever exceeds 5.
Possession of this Power grants the following Battle Scar: Impossible to Ignore - A called shot to your snoot *feels* more real than anything else - and thus it is. Take +2 damage from called shots to the head.
Possession of this Power grants the following Trauma at all times: More Thought than Form: Failing a limit roll causes a momentary crisis, and Minerva's form flickers. She takes a severity one from this.

You may make an oath with any number of Sapient targets. Communicate the oath's terms to the targets, including the requirements and penalties for each participant. If all agree to the terms, you must Exert your Mind and all participants must sign the contract. to seal the deal.
Record the oath as a Condition. If a party breaks the oath, the Condition ends and they suffer the oath's penalty.
When crafting your oath, you may incorporate any of the following penalties:
The targets cannot be compelled to agree via a direct threat of violence, another Effect, or another oath. If you would like to use clever wording to mislead the targets, you must succeed a contested Intellect + (Culture or Influence) roll.
When crafting your oath, you may opt to enforce compliance. If you do, any participant that wishes to break the deal must take 3 Mind damage and succeed a Self-Control roll. They may attempt once per day.
The targets may be at any range, but you must still be able to communicate the terms to them, and they must be able to sign the contract..
Whenever a participant breaks the oath, you are immediately made aware and may even witness the act as if standing nearby.
It is obvious to your targets that the oath you are proposing will be supernaturally enforced.
Vermin you look through seem abnormally intelligent, but otherwise everything seems normal.
All commanded creatures are treated as a single ward, with a perception relative to their abilities and limited by their intelligence.
'Let me know if someone comes to this place' works. 'Let me know if someone acts suspicious' does not. Commanded creatures are not able to recognize most items, unless trained to do so- and even then, they might not realize a gun painted pink is a gun, for example.
You must be asleep in order to see and hear through the ward. This does not grant the ability to wake up as a free action.
Having a member of the horde be killed during active monitoring triggers a trauma roll, though only for the first one per 'scene'

You may communicate through your ward, though doing so will reveal its presence.
Possession of this Artifact causes the following Trauma to manifest over the course of a day: Territorial; If humans infringe on what you consider a private space, you must make a self control roll to not drive them out by force. David Vance takes out what looks kind of like a Tide Pod full of blood, that moves on its own within the plastic, and feeds it to his target. Over the course of a minute, the target's wound begins to stitch itself together, filling in with fresh flesh. After a minute, depending on how compatible the target is with the blood, the fresh flesh will align well with their body and their wound will be healed. This effect can even save those on the brink of death, as the Lazarus strain blood of the Gorgon reanimates their dead flesh to work in conjunction with that which can be saved.
David took the leftover blood in the Vial of Healing and grew bacterial cultures of it, which he then later turned into these consumable ampules. The bacteria when grown and fed, (a quite time-consuming process) are quite adept at healing the new hosts which consume them.
Spend 1 minute and use up this Soft Plastic Capsule of Moving Blood. Select a Living or Dead target within arm's reach. Roll 7 dice at Difficulty 6, dice penalties do not apply.
If you succeed, the Injury is reduced in Severity by your Outcome. If you reduce its Severity to 0, the Injury is fully healed. Otherwise, it is partially healed and will heal the rest of the way at its natural rate.
This counts as a successful Makeshift Stabilization if the Injury was not already Stabilized; any Battle Scars caused by the Injury will remain.
If you begin healing an Injury on a target that has been dead for less than a minute, and your healing reduces their Wound Level to a non-lethal level, their life is restored.

This alteration lasts one minute but may be prematurely destroyed or altered. Your alterations may be broken through with appropriate tools. Anyone attempting to break through must roll Brawn + a relevant Ability. A cumulative Outcome of 6 across all attempts breaks a hole large enough to move through. See the extended system text for GM guidance on various tools.
