Upon taking a bite of the meatball, the user will have to throw it as far as possible as a line of juice sprays from where the bite is. The line juice spins around showing the danger zone before it explodes! In a juicy, scalding but fragrant explosion of meaty goodness, hurting everything around it.
Use up this Meatball and spend an Action to activate. Select a Location no further than 50 feet from you and in your line of sight. The area within 20 feet of the chosen Location immediately and obviously becomes imminently dangerous. Anyone in the area has 1 Round to attempt to escape. During the next Round, on your Initiative, roll Brawn + Athletics at Difficulty 6. Targets remaining inside the radius may attempt an appropriate Reaction at GM’s discretion. Finding a physical barrier to use as cover will cut total damage taken in half (applies after Reaction roll but before Armor).
If the Outcome is positive, your blast hits everything within 20 feet of the chosen Location with Damage equal to your Outcome + 2. Armor is reduced to 1/2, rounded up against this damage.
A Pill that smells like dried squid/cuttlefish/octopus. Taste like roasted really good Starfish. Upon consuming, The Qi in pill dissipates the pill slowly. The Qi may react with the body specially and instead of consuming the pill, the pill will force itself out of your mouth.
The consumer will feel their scar rearranging itself and it is very visible as it heals.
Use up this Golden Pill (unless you succeed on 1d10, Difficulty 7) and spend an hour to activate. Select a Battle Scar on yourself to treat.
The treated Battle Scar will heal over the course of the next week.
After you finish activating this Effect, you cannot move quicker than a walk (max 15 feet per Round) for one minute and suffer a -1 dice penalty for an hour.
The bullet is remarkably heavy for it's size, though about the size of a .45.
Wrapped tightly in duct tape, with an odd pink transparent tip.
A painful powerful kick likely to bruise or break the gunman's collarbone proceeds a jet of white smoke shooting from the firing gun, not too unlike that from a black powder rifle and a sulfurous smell fills the air.
On impact, the crystal-tipped bullet will shatter, transferring all it's force to the hit object, creating a piezo-electric flash.
It was merely a curiosity when Squirrel found traces of an explosion long ago, In *his* woods.
He'd pass through, poke around, and wonder to himself whenever he passed through, but never thought much of it.
One day after a heavy rain, his eye caught something pink and glittering on the ground. "Quartz, maybe?" He thought, but his hand tingled strangely when he picked it up. Tingled stronger when he tentatively touches his tongue to it, being reminded of 9 volt batteries in childhood but otherwise harmless.
Naturally occurring mineral from the impact?
Squirell couldn't care less which the case was, but the properties of the mineral were more curious as he practiced his tests on them. (Redneck science- scratchin stuff with it, shootin it, burning it, etc)
Marginally softer than diamond, but heavier.. His mind immediately went to blades, but the fragments were far to small to be effective weapons.
Take a Severity-1 Injury and spend an Action to activate. Make a Firearms attack at a Non-Sapient Object within normal attack range no larger than a duffel bag (35 liters). Roll a single D10 as a critical failure check. If you roll a 1, the Effect fails, and you Gun explodes as per the "Shatter" enhancement. Roll your for your attack as normal. The target may roll to dodge or defend, as normal for Firearms attacks. The attack may or may not deal Damage as per a normal attack, at the user's choice.
If your Outcome is 4 or higher, the target will be completely destroyed and can no longer function, though it may still be repaired. If your Outcome is less than 4, the target will be partially damaged, and any attempts to use it will suffer a dice penalty equal to your Outcome.
When activating this Effect, you may spend an extra minute and maintain Concentration. If you do, it has no Exertion cost, and you may destroy an object which has up to 3x larger dimensions, or up to 27x larger volume than the normal maximum size.
When a target is destroyed, it sends shards flying. Anyone within 5 feet of the object rolls 4d10 at Difficulty 6 and takes damage equal to the Outcome. Can be reacted to.
Arrow Aaron made out magical energy and some real arrow mix in odd look are that can be shoot out bow normally
Use up this Arrows and spend an Action to activate. Make a Arrows attack at a target within normal attack range. Roll your for your attack as normal. The target may roll to dodge or defend, as normal for Arrows attacks. The attack does not deal Damage, but the Effect does.
If the contested Outcome is positive, the target takes that much damage plus 1. Armor is fully effective against this damage.
The target suffers a -3 dice penalty for the next hour or until the Injury is healed. This dice penalty does not stack multiple times on the same target.
Instead of dealing damage all at once, the Injury caused by this Power starts at Severity 1 and worsens at the rate of one level per round until it reaches the Severity it would have otherwise been.
The red shoe lace quickly increases in length and winds itself around it's user into a chest harness and two wing-like loops. It can also wind itself around another person at the users choice carrying them around with the user. The user is able to levitate at high speeds while the wing-loops extend from them. After ten seconds the laces retract back to their normal length and lose their red color.
Use up this shoe lace and spend a Free Action to activate.
You may levitate off the ground at six times your normal walking speed. The effect lasts for the next three rounds, though you may choose to end it at will.
You may carry up to 1 passengers without increasing your Encumbrance. Any passengers must maintain physical contact with you or another passenger or the effect will end for them.
This Poké Ball contains your very own pet Bulbasaur! NOTE: inexperienced trainers should limit themselves to a single Bulbasaur, lest they go wild.
Use up this pokeball and spend at least two Actions performing the following ritual: Strike a pose, say "I choose you, Bulbasaur!" , and throw the ball to activate. You must maintain Concentration while activating this Effect, and it fails if you are interrupted.
Summon a single Bulbasaur at your location. They will last until they are destroyed. They are controlled by the GM but will follow any commands you give. You may have at most 1 minion active at a time.
Minions have 4 Body and can make ranged attacks at targets up to 30 feet away with 5 dice to attack and +1 Damage. They cannot move faster than a walk and cannot dodge incoming attacks. They have dog-level intelligence, and cannot communicate back to you. Any Perception checks they make are rolled with 3 dice.
The Witch may prepare a poisoned apple. Anyone who takes a bite will grow drowsy and then fall into a deep sleep. While unconscious, the victim dreams of The Witch and learns a secret about them.
Use up this apple and spend an Action to arm this consumable as a trap. This trap lasts until triggered or disarmed. Roll Intellect + Occult at Difficulty 6.
The trap looks like a shiny red apple and can only be discovered as a trap by those with preexisting knowledge of such traps. Anyone who is aware of the trap may intuitively avoid, trigger, or destroy it.
Any Living target within within arm's reach that uses the trap as a shiny red apple will trigger it. Affected targets may resist by rolling Mind at Difficulty 6.
When the trap is triggered, your target becomes drowsy for the next 30 seconds, during which time they suffer an additional -3 dice Penalty to all Actions. After this, they fall asleep for Outcome x 3 hours.
Your target) will not prematurely wake up on their own, and can only be awoken by taking Damage or nearing death from hunger, thirst, or suffocation.
An affected target's dreams while they are asleep will involve you in some way, and will reveal you as the source of their sleep as well as reveal secret information about yourself to them.
The Ninja always prepares a few smoke bombs ahead of time to get out of sticky situations. They can fill a room with smoke in an instant and last long enough for the Ninja to make an escape or find an opening for attack.
Use up this smoke bomb and spend an Action to activate. Select a Location within normal attack range Roll your for your attack as normal. The target may roll to dodge or defend, as normal for thrown attacks. The attack may or may not deal Damage as per a normal attack, at the user's choice.
The sight of all Living targets within 20 feet of the chosen Location becomes suppressed for the next minute. Your own senses are equally affected. The target receives a -3 dice penalty to all Actions which require sight.
The Future Soldier has access to an arsenal of specialized foam grenades. These look like glowing orange capsules with a rugged rubberized grip. When thrown, they burst into splash of expanding neon orange foam. Initially this is no more than a mess, but the foam hardens in seconds, doing no damage but severely hampering the movement of anyone unlucky enough to have been splashed. Those affected may use their hands or weapons to hack away at the foam and free themselves.
Use up this small metallic grenade with a pin activation and spend an Action to activate. Make a lobbed grenade attack at a Location within normal attack range. Roll your for your attack as normal. The target may roll to dodge or defend, as normal for lobbed grenade attacks. The attack may or may not deal Damage as per a normal attack, at the user's choice.
If you succeed, all affected targets will be restricted at their location by a physical, tangible binding. They can still move their arms and use Effects, but are reduced to ¼ of their movement speed.
The binding around a target must be destroyed in order for them to break free. Breaking the binding requires a total amount of damage equal to twice the contested Outcome from the Effect activation. Damage from multiple attacks is cumulative and stacks linearly.
