By merely mentioning that someone 'has it coming', on success, the target is afflicted with a functionally invisible karmic curse.
It's just.. the *worst* luck.
A root easily tripped across, a car that grazes them as they're crossing the street, or perhaps a monkey in a nearby tree haphazardly tossing a coconut-
The target will find themselves incredibly accident-prone, taking a minor 1 point injury per day, randomly.
Their 'destiny' is ripped away from them, and it's as though the universe itself is conspiring against them. A bird may fly in front of their fireball as they throw it. They may get accosted by a more of dust blown up their nose and randomly sneeze and interrupt themselves as they try to do a power.
This does not summon anything new, or create a disease in the target, it just ensures something in the environment will hurt them in a 'freak accidents', a curse on their spirit.
Exert your Mind and spend an Action to activate. Select a Living target within 20 feet. This Effect cannot be used unless Someone must hear her mention that the target deserves whatever is coming.. Make a Trauma roll when you activate this Effect. Roll Charisma + Occult at Difficulty 6. Your target may resist by rolling Body at Difficulty 7.
If you succeed, the target is afflicted with a Condition that causes any number of the following symptoms:
The affliction is not treatable by modern medicine. It may be diagnosed by rolling Intellect + Occult at Difficulty 6, and can be cured by Ritually bathe in clean, clear, natural running water under the light of the moon. (15 minutes).
This Effect is not obvious, and the only sign you are using an Effect is Speaking with a calm, soothing voice and an intense stare. If someone suspects that an Effect was used, they must roll Perception + Alertness, Difficulty 8 to pick up on your Tell.
With a slash faster then the eye can see, our wielder comes back into frame and causes an anime-esc explosion behind them as they sheath their sword and absolutely disintegrate everything in their wake.
This Effect activates whenever Crane Strike. It does not require an Action or Exertion. Select a Location no further than 25 feet from you and in your line of sight. “Your target should be intuitively based on the triggering event. The area within 10 feet of the chosen Location immediately and obviously becomes imminently dangerous. On the following Rounds, you may choose to detonate the Blast as a Free Action on your initiative. When you do so-- or when one minute elapses-- roll Intellect + Melee at Difficulty 6.
If the Outcome is positive, your blast hits everything within 10 feet of the chosen Location with Damage equal to your Outcome + 4.
Any flammable Objects within the radius during the blast will catch fire, and any being who takes at least 4 Damage will catch fire. Starting the Round after they caught fire, flaming targets take 2 Damage per Round until the fire is extinguished.

Bull, as an expert contractor, is able to fix most mundane objects with his trusty roll of duct tape.
Spend 10 minutes. Select a Object within arm's reach that is no larger than an SUV. Cannot be used on Alien technology. You must use up roll of duct tape in order to activate this Effect. More than half the target object must be present in order to begin repairs. Roll Dexterity + Crafts at Difficulty 6.
If you succeed, your target is repaired back to a functional state. If you fail, you spend the full time working before realizing you cannot repair the target.
An ethereal clock face appears in the users left hand palm, with the hands wildly moving around with no sign of stopping. Upon pointing the clock face at an adversary, the clock hands stop and the face flashes, upon which the target is surrounded by a faint yellow glow and begins to move slower than average.
Exert your Mind and spend an Action. Select a Animate target within 20 feet. Roll Dexterity + Alertness at Difficulty 7.
If you succeed, the target will suffer a dice penalty equal to the Outcome for the next 2 Rounds. Dice pools may be reduced all the way down to 0 by this penalty. This breaks Concentration.
You may Exert your Mind and spend a Reaction to contest an Action someone is taking. Roll Dexterity + Alertness at Difficulty 7. Subtract your Outcome from theirs, and they use the Contested Outcome to determine if their Action succeeds.
After you finish activating this Effect, you cannot move quicker than a walk (max 15 feet per Round) for one minute and suffer a -1 dice penalty for an hour. Exhaustion’s penalty and duration stacks with multiple activations.
You take the syringe of fluid clear fluid and stab it into the injured area. After that, the patient experiences painful streaks of light following their veins and nervous system, rolling flesh and a smell of burning as even the recently dead are jerked back to life, as if through a defibrillator. After the minute passes, all that is left behind is a mild fever for the patient.
Spend 1 minute and use up this hypodermic needle. Select a Living or Dead target within arm's reach. Your target must make a Trauma roll when you activate this Effect. Roll 7 dice Difficulty 6, dice penalties do not apply.
If you succeed, the Injury is reduced in Severity by your Outcome. If you reduce its Severity to 0, the Injury is fully healed. Otherwise, it is partially healed and will heal the rest of the way at its natural rate.
This counts as a successful Makeshift Stabilization if the Injury was not already Stabilized; any Battle Scars caused by the Injury will remain. Your patient is required to spend an hour soaking their body in ice water each day for the next month. If they violate this rule, your treatment is immediately reversed.
If you begin healing an Injury on a target that has been dead for less than a minute, and your healing reduces their Wound Level to a non-lethal level, their life is restored.
The aristocrat knows a ritual that allows them to rent the best version of any item. They set $10,000 worth of cash on fire and place the item to be upgraded in the fire as well. While in the flame, the item morphs into a high-end version of itself. After a while, it reverts.
Exert your Mind and spend a minute. Select a non-Alien Device within arm's reach. You must use up $10,000 cash (or equivalent) in order to activate this Effect. Cannot be used to improve Armor.
Lasts the next two hours. Your target receives 3 extra dice to all actions taken for its intended use. Attacking with an upgraded weapon grants +3 Weapon Damage instead of additional dice.
The Vampire is able to turn one of their victims into a lesser vampire, a pale shadow of a full creature of the night but useful nonetheless. Having drained and killed their target, the Vampire performs a brief ritualistic bloodletting, wherein they spill their own blood into the target's mouth, forcing them to drink, and bonding them together as child and sire.
Shortly afterwards, the fledgling vampire will rise from death, hungry for blood and eager to serve.
Take a Severity-1 Injury and spend one minute. Select a Dead target within arm's reach that has died within the last hour. This Effect cannot be used unless you drained the target's blood while they were still alive.
Your target rises as an Animate being. The raised creature is totally mindless, with no memory of its past life or hint of its old personality. They cannot communicate. They will follow any command you speak.
The creature lasts until it dies again. It is revived at full health. Any Injuries it had in life are not accounted for when determining its penalties or progression towards re-death, though they may affect its ability to perform certain actions at GM's discretion. The raised creature must consume flesh every day or it will die again.
Raised creatures have their Abilities set to the same that they were in life. Their Charisma and Intellect are set to 1, but their Dexterity, Brawn and Perception are the same as they had in life. A raised creature cannot use any Effects.
Your revived targets deal 2 Weapon Damage with their unarmed attacks.
The Necromancer spits into the mouth of a recently deceased corpse. For the few minutes, the corpse's head comes back to life and speaks to the Necromancer.

As a free creature, The Fairy cannot withstand being caged or imprisioned in any way. Luckily, they possess a glamour that allows them to unlock any lock binding them with a wink of their eye. The lock falls open with a sparkle of light and a sound like a ringing bell.
