The target hears/feels their electronic device indicate that someone is trying to contact them, even if it is on silent. This notification is only perceivable by the target. If there's a screen, the most commonly used calling app is used. The caller is a saved contact with no profile picture and whatever name/title the caller desires.
If the target accepts the "call," they will hear a woman's voice talking to them through the device. No one else hears her, and the target's replies (their voice and lip movements) are also supernaturally obscured. At most, onlookers may notice the target accessing their device while the Effect is occurring.
When the conversation ends, the device has no record of it, and all attempts to collect evidence of the call somehow fail.
Exert your Mind and spend an Action to activate. Select a target any distance away from you. You must have a specific target in mind, but you require only an intuitive understanding of them, such as their name, face, or Location. This Effect cannot be used unless the target is willing to engage in the conversation (meaning they accept the "call" and don't hang up) and target has in their possession (or is attending to) a functioning electronic device that can send and recieve audio.
You open up a line of conversation to your target, and may continue speaking with them without any additional Exertion cost for as long as you maintain Concentration
The conversation will only be perceived by the intended recipient. You must share a common language for your target to understand the message.
This Effect is not obvious, and the only sign you are using an Effect is slow, deep breathing. If someone suspects that an Effect was used, they must roll Perception + Alertness, Difficulty 8 to pick up on your Tell.
Possession of this Power grants the following Trauma at all times: You must roll Self Control to resist chasing after smallish things in motion that dogs are known to chase after, including sticks/balls/squeaky toys and small animals. If you fail the roll, you will chase after it until you have physically touched it, lost sight of it, or it becomes clearly beyond your reach. Note that a pile of squirrels running requires one roll, not multiple. If you succeed at the roll, you don't have to roll again for that specific thing (e.g. brown squirrels, tennis balls) for the remainder of the Contract.

Exert your Mind and spend an Action to activate. Select a Living target within 30 feet. Roll Intellect + Occult at Difficulty 6. Affected targets may resist by rolling Mind at Difficulty 6.
If you succeed, your target becomes drowsy for the next 30 seconds, during which time they suffer an additional -2 dice Penalty to all Actions. At the end of their drowsiness, they fall asleep for Outcome x 3 hours.
Sleeping targets will not prematurely wake up on their own, and can only be awoken by taking Damage or nearing death from hunger, thirst, or suffocation. Drowsy targets always fall asleep, regardless of what happens while they are drowsy.
You may only use this Effect once per day.

The Witch gazes at a calm and trusting animal and blinks, revealing eyes that have changed to match the creature's. Her body goes limp and collapses, and the witch proceeds to walk away, now temporarily borrowing the animal's body.

Spend an Action or Reaction. Select a Creature target within 20 feet. The target may Resist.
You possess your target and have control over their actions for the next hour. Your original body will be left behind, unconscious, in its same location. You may perceive through your original body's senses, at a -2 penalty to all Actions while doing so. If your original body is touched, you get a Perception check to notice. You may spend an Action to end the possession early.
Stats: Any Actions you take will use the possessed creature’s Brawn, Dexterity, and Perception, but use your own Charisma, Intellect, and Abilities.
Gifts: You do not have access to any Gifts while you are possessing your target.
Death: If the host suffers an Injury, or is destroyed or incapacitated, you are evicted back into your own body. If the possession ends and your original body was killed or destroyed, you will die.
Eviction: You cannot force your host to take Actions which would violate their instinct for self-preservation (which includes engaging in Combat for any purpose other than self-defense or natural hunting); any attempt to do so will sever the connection and send you back into your own body. You begin to remember all of the sins of your past, all the ways that you've wronged those who loved you. All of the terrible, evil things you've done on these contracts in order to survive. Doc seems to be in the grips of similar memories, tears running down his chin and dripping onto his hands that are pressed tightly against you.
