Confidential Conversations "This will stay between us."
The target hears/feels their electronic device indicate that someone is trying to contact them, even if it is on silent or dead. This notification is only perceivable by the target. If there's a screen, the most commonly used calling app is used. The caller is a saved contact with whatever name/title and profile picture the caller desires.
If the target accepts the "call," they will hear a woman's voice talking to them through the device. No one else hears her, and the target's replies (their voice and lip movements) are also supernaturally obscured. At most, onlookers may notice the target accessing their device.
When the conversation ends, the device has no record of it, and all attempts to collect evidence of the call somehow fail.
Spend an Action. Select a target any distance away from you. You must have a specific target in mind, but you require only an intuitive understanding of them, such as their name, face, or Location. This Effect cannot be used unless the target is willing to engage in the conversation (meaning they accept the "call" and don't hang up) and target has in their possession (or is attending to) an electronic device that can send and recieve audio.
You open up a line of communication to your target, and may converse with them as long as one of you maintains Concentration
The conversation will only be perceived by the intended recipient. You must share a common language for your target to understand the message.
This Effect is not obvious, and the only sign you are using an Effect is slow, deep breathing. If someone suspects that an Effect was used, they must roll Perception + Alertness, Difficulty 8 to pick up on your Tell.
This Gift's Cost is capped at 2 and cannot be increased further.
Possession of this Power grants the following Trauma at all times: You must roll Self Control to resist chasing after smallish things in motion that dogs are known to chase after, including sticks/balls/squeaky toys and small animals. If you fail the roll, you will chase after it until you have physically touched it, lost sight of it, or it becomes clearly beyond your reach..

OWL - The Occult Wildlife Landing
The Occult Wildlife Landing (OWL) is a nonprofit organization that advocates for the rights of supernatural creatures to live a life unmolested by humanity’s relentless spread and greed.
While OWL has become the de-facto head of the conservationist movement in the United States, many claim it’s not as innocent as it appears. A number of small, seemingly-disconnected terrorist cells wear the OWL insignia with pride. These groups– which tend to contain a disproportionate number of supernatural creatures and beings– commit high-profile acts of public violence with the intent of furthering OWL’s core objectives. In the past, they’ve blown up oil pipelines, stopped development projects, and even infected congregations of people with mutagenic viruses.
OWL denies any involvement with these so-called “OWL-inspired terrorist organizations” (or OITOs for short). However, many people conflate the two and consider OWL itself to be a terrorist organization.
One thing is for certain: when OWL sends a blast to its followers urging protest, they’re taken seriously.

After you finish activating this Effect, you cannot move quicker than a walk (max 15 feet per Round) for one minute and suffer a -1 dice penalty for an hour.

You may send a single message to all targets which are within a specified range. It can be as complex or as large as you like.

You may only use this Effect once per day.

Possession of this Power grants the following Battle Scar: Debilitatingly Loud: You are very loud and you can't be quiet: It is +3 difficulty to actaully coherently understand you.. and any "Hearing" rolls are at up to +3 difficulty whenever you are speaking... if you speak, you automatically fail any stealth roll.

Unspoken Bonds

The bonds that people carry with them often defy reason. Between their tribe, their friends, and their enemies. These bonds transcend time, space, and language. Amaranth's newest power allows him to piggyback on these bonds, and to deliver messages across them. Though it requires a symbol and an oath to cement that bond, these feelings can be transmitted and understood across vast distances and in turn, grant some of the understanding that so many people lack of each other and in turn allow for communication without the restraints of words.
Spend an Action. Select a number of targets up to your Mind rating any distance away from you. You must have specific targets in mind, but you require only an intuitive understanding of them, such as their name, face, or Location. This Effect cannot be used unless Must have sworn an oath of brotherhood with Amaranth and Must possess a replica of the pendant. You must actively and obviously use Brotherhood Pendant to activate this Effect.

The Witch summons a crow, whispers a message to it, and sends it off to deliver her words. Half an hour later, the crow arrives at the recipient and repeats her message aloud in its croaking, animal voice.

You may send a single message to your target. It can be no more complicated than a multi-page letter or a long email.
The message will only be perceived by the intended recipient. You must share a common language for your target to understand the message.
This Effect is not obvious, and the only sign you are using an Effect is your left hand making a fist. If someone suspects that an Effect was used, they must roll Perception + Alertness, Difficulty 8 to pick up on your Tell.
