With the light of the candle for the fingertip of the Blue Fire Mage, the candle burns fast and bright and melts in a minute. As it does the wound and the heart of the mage also alight with blue flame, (but this flame burns in the spiritual realm, not the physical.) Blue candle for pains of the mind, and green for pains of the physical.
The duality of the Blue Flame allows for great versatility, this ritual allows the Blue Fire Mage to burn away the pains of this realm.
Exert your Mind and spend 1 minute. Select a Living target within arm's reach. You must use up Blue or Green tall colored candle. in order to activate this Effect. Choose a specific Injury on your target that has not yet been treated with this Effect and roll Intellect + Occult at Difficulty 6.
If you succeed, the Injury is reduced in Severity by your Outcome. If you reduce its Severity to 0, the Injury is fully healed. Otherwise, it is partially healed and will heal the rest of the way at its natural rate.
This counts as a successful Makeshift Stabilization if the Injury was not already Stabilized; any Battle Scars caused by the Injury will remain.
After you finish activating this Effect, you cannot move quicker than a walk (max 15 feet per Round) for one minute and suffer a -1 dice penalty for an hour. Exhaustion’s penalty and duration stacks with multiple activations.
Something of a Pool Shark in his day, when he throws a stone, flicks a ball bearing, or lobs a hand grenade - the item ricochets off to it's target, striking with surprising force.
Edgar Stokes was quite the Billiards player back in the day - many of the rough brawls of his younger days were with people he hustled at the Pool Table. When aiming for something he can see (or smell), Edgar has an uncanny ability to ricochet shots off multiple surfaces, striking victims with relative ease.

Taking drag after drag he lets his mind wonder, focusing it on the endless possibilities of what could have been, all of his regret and guilt washing over him, enveloping him as he fiddles with his old wedding ring.
As if mimicking this feeling the smoke Harry puffs out lingers around him, only to start enveloping him, covering his every prominent feature until he can no longer be seen behind the vale of smoke.
Soon after someone or something else steps out from the smoke cloud, carrying the same tired regret filled gaze as Harry, stinking of cigarette smoke.

Rhodes holds up a gloved hand (blue, plastic, sterile) in front of his patient. His brow furrows in concentration, then electricity jumps from his hand to their body. It buzzes hot and uncomfortably where the points of electricity touch, but it's not painful. After a minute of this, Rhodes drops his hand and the electricity stops. He looks pale, exhausted, but it's worth it.

You may cure any Non-Alien diseases, toxins, or poisons afflicting your target so long as you have fully diagnosed or understood it. You may cure diseases or poisons even if they are not treatable through modern medicine. During treatment, the malady you are treating does not progress or cause additional Damage or other effects.

The spy can twist the urban environment to their whims, erecting fences, walls, and barriers as needed. They whistle and gesture to where the wall should be, and the surrounding materials fly into place.
Exert your Mind and spend an Action. Select a Location within 50 feet. You must be in an area abundant with man-made structures and materials.

The alteration begins to form when you activate this Effect and finishes forming on your initiative in the next Round. Until it finishes forming, it is not guaranteed to function.
This alteration lasts one minute but may be prematurely destroyed or altered. Your alterations may be broken through with appropriate tools. There's a certain strength that comes from displaying the flag of one's country. As long as the Soldier holding their country's flag or wearing something emblazoned with it, they are less likely to be injured in battle.
You gain the following benefits at all times. You must actively and obviously be using clothes or a uniform that displays the flag of your country to gain the benefits of this Effect.
You have 4 Armor, which reduces incoming Damage. Armor from multiple sources does not stack. This Armor cannot be circumvented with Called Shots.
