8AST's eyes can cycle through various modes of vision - a few different modes that help in low- and no-light situations, as well as an extreme magnification mode.
After getting an eye gouged out in its first contract, 8AST decided to make a few upgrades before putting it back in. While at it, it popped out the other eye as well and made sure both were up to the new standard.

Your senses are enhanced in the following way.
- Sight: You can see perfectly in dark and even pitch-black environments. You suffer no dice penalty due to darkness.
- Sight: You can see things that are normally invisible to the naked eye, such as fingerprints and bacteria.
- Your microscopic vision requires a close look at a very small, specific area to use. It does not grant increased distance vision, it simply provides a higher resolution, allowing you to see finer and finer detail.

Any senses which have been heightened cannot be overloaded. Battle Scars you receive cannot affect these senses. If one of these senses does become suppressed, you may Exert your Mind to end the effect.
- Examples of overloading a sense include: an explosion causing temporary deafness, a bright light causing blindness, a sedative causing numbness, etc.
- When you are within 50 feet of range, your electroreception sense is sufficient for aiming.
Wild Hound’s Hunting
Colvin has started to physically change, taking on some of the senses of a wild Fae hunter
Colvin passively can differentiate scents to a greater degree than the average person, similar to the ability of a hunting hound.
To most, he just seems a little oddly perceptive. Those who really look into him though start to notice that he reacts to scents instinctively almost the same way a dog would, and with a similar level of ability in differentiation.
The Spear has begun to truly initiate Colvin into the physique of a hunter. While before it “graced” him with the Bite of Gwyn’s Hounds and a small slice of the Fae’s glamour magic, now it grants him the Hounds’ sensory ability.

The beastmaster closes their eyes and channels nature's bloody struggle for survival. When their eyes reopen, they catch the light and glow red like a dog's. While in this heightened state, they may sense heat signatures and triangulate the tiniest sound.

- Thermal: You are able to "see" heat signatures within your line of sight.
- Hearing: You automatically know the origin location of any sound you hear, and you can tell which Action caused the sound.
- Your thermal vision allows you to judge temperatures of surfaces fairly accurately as long as they are within livable temperatures.
