The jester takes it’s lute and strums methodically, creating a sound that shouldn’t come from the movement of it’s fingers.
Exert your Mind (unless you win a coin flip) and spend an Action to activate. Select a target within 45 feet. This Effect cannot be used unless you roll a difficulty 8 charisma+performance roll.. You must actively and obviously use A type of musical instrument, preferably a lute. to activate this Effect. Roll Charisma + Performance Difficulty 6. The target may contest by rolling Mind, Difficulty 6.
If the contested Outcome is positive, the target takes that much Damage plus 4. fully effective

Be it a mobile phone, desktop, vending machine, somehow if the OS can be on a machine it will be when Eun-Ha interacts with it. Even if the device wasn't originally hers or in her possession long enough for her to have downloaded or uploaded it.
As it can only work on Leng system locale it will automatically change the locale of any system it interacts with before any command is issued. Afterwards any machine or device within 300 feet is beholden to the system. No exceptions. Except for those most alien for now...
Exert your Mind and spend 1 minute. Select a Device within 300 feet. Does not work on Alien technology. You must actively and obviously use an electronic device capable of some form of internet or networking to activate this Effect. Roll Intellect + Technology, with the Difficulty set by the GM depending on the security of the system you are hacking. Sapient targets can resist by rolling Mind at Difficulty 6.
If you succeed, you may issue a single command to the targeted system. This command must have a specific outcome or be a request for specific login credentials. The command you issue must be within the machine's current capabilities. For example, you cannot order a standard security camera to grow legs and walk around.
You may issue a "self-destruct" command that leaves the hacked system's hardware inoperable, even if that machine had no such functionality previously. Only works on Computers.
When targeting non-computer devices, you may operate switches, buttons, dials, levers, and latches.
Every hack you make leaves behind an impossible locale in the system as a personal "calling card" that informs anyone who uses the system that the hack occurred.
Emily collapses to her knees for a moment, and she locks her paws together. Her claws piece her own flesh, and she remembers, just for a short time, the night that she drank from the Red Grail.
The transformation starts from the blood that stains her claws, the fluid roiling for just a moment before it begins to run up her claws, paws, and her arms. The blood turns into thin, fluttering fabric that moves softly almost by itself. It covers her, wrapping her in many layers, obscuring her form. Her arms and legs and tail are lost in the fabric, her face shrouded in shadow. Digging though the fabric might not even find her at all... although the fabric caresses those who do.
And yet...
Everyone who looks at The Priestess knows she has an ever-present smile.
It is said that those who die at the hands (or paws) of one of the Hedonistic Priestesses always die with a smile on their face.
Take a Severity-1 Injury and spend one minute. You must make a Trauma roll when you use this Effect. Its Difficulty cannot be reduced by any means.
You transform into a Red Grail Priestess for 3 hours. You have access to all of your Powers while you are a Red Grail Priestess, and you can use your equipment. The Injuries and Battle Scars of your Alternate Form and your true form are tracked separately.
While transformed, your Attributes are the same. Your Stress is reduced by 2.
While transformed, instead of your normal clothes and equipment, you are equipped with: Long, red flowing robes that are constantly in a sensuous motion. One of her hands, wrapped in cloth more blood-red than blood, holds a shield made of thin crystal. It sings a wonderful, keening sound when struck. She wears the Reaper's Skull over her muzzle. On a belt, hidden within the robes, are various injectors of recreational drugs.
You may end this Effect prematurely as a Free Action.
After this Effect ends, you cannot move quicker than a walk (15 feet per Round) for one minute and suffer a -1 dice penalty for an hour.
His stances are strong, powerful, and stiff, powerful hand techniques and constant use of Horse Stance has to lead to whole protection to develop thanks to his Fung Shei, he now looks as if his skin got a bit smoother and harder to push past, he looks further into other techniques he was taught back when he was younger and has reacquired his black belt to do, surprisingly still strong and tight as it is quite old as its been a couple of years. The only thing that he is isn't able to defend is children as everything he has gotten through so far has led that to be something he cants defend against. Though despite that the stances have allowed him to take bullets in a whole new direction as they do leave marks but not destroy him though.
You gain the following benefits at all times. You must actively and obviously be using Gi Belt to gain the benefits of this Effect.
You have 6 Armor, which only reduces damage taken from Bullet. Any armor piercing effects from Bullet are ignored. Armor from multiple sources does not stack. This Armor cannot be circumvented with Called Shots.
Marks caught a few villians in his day, and one thing they always seem to have in common is they never shut up.
Not everyone can leave themselves open, provoke in just the right way and even let themselves get into seemingly precarious situations, just to loosen some lips.
He's learned how to conversationally 'push their buttons' and make them talk.
So far, the most reliable way has been to talk about himself, to instigate their inevitable sense of competition.
It takes constant conversation, so when Mark mentions his relavent truths, their target does too.
Preferably in the form of a back and forth gloating/determination sort of thing if it is antagonistic, or a comraderie building honesty moment if not.
Examples:
"I'm Mark Collins, fighter of injustice, protector of the weak. I'm here to stop you! " (flexes in superhero pose)
"It's too late, Mark!" (laughs maniacally) "You'll never find the bombs in time!" (Shows him live feed of the city.) "Watch your public failure with me! The world will know my name! ZOXOB!"
"If you have to look along the shaft of an arrow from the wrong end, if a man has you entirely at his mercy, then hope like hell that man is an evil man. Because the evil like power, power over people, and they want to see you in fear. They want you to know you're going to die. So they'll talk. They'll gloat. They'll watch you squirm. They'll put off the moment of murder like another man will put off a good cigar. So hope like hell your captor is an evil man. A good man will kill you with hardly a word."
Terry Pratchett
