TORI 2.0 stands for Tactical Off-Road Interceptor version 2
This Artifact can be used as a A car. It is roughly the same size as a A car but can be collapsed into matchbox car and concealed. Collapsing or expanding it costs a Quick Action.
This A car has Bulletproof Windows, Kevlar re-enforced body, run flat off-road tires, biometric security. Any roll to pilot this vehicle receives +2 dice.
You also gain the following effects:
- Mind of its Own: This vehicle can move and take Actions without you driving it. It has seven dice for all Drive rolls.
- Steady As She Goes: The motion of your vehicle never causes your passengers dice penalties, and you do not suffer dice penalties from the unsteadiness of any vehicle you are riding in.
- Flying Solo: Your vehicle cannot have any passengers.
- If there is not enough free space to expand the object, it cannot be expanded.

This Artifact can be used as a 1965 Chrysler Imperial Crown sedan. It is roughly the same size as a 1965 Chrysler Imperial Crown sedan but can be collapsed into His Favorite Blankie and concealed. Collapsing or expanding it costs a Quick Action.
This 1965 Chrysler Imperial Crown sedan has Designed to be driven by a 6 year old tinted windows so people can’t notice a child is driving easily. Everything is armored not just for protecting him but protecting the car from those who can’t control their strength.. Any roll to pilot this vehicle receives +2 dice.
You also gain the following effects:
- Amphibious: Your vehicle may move on and under water at its normal speed. If your vehicle includes an enclosed space, it will function as an airtight, pressurized cockpit.
- Mind of its Own: This vehicle can move and take Actions without you driving it. It has seven dice for all Drive rolls.
This item is a living thing. When targeted, it counts as a Living Creature in addition to its other target types. If destroyed or abandoned for more than two days, it dies and becomes unusable.

This Artifact can be used as a jet. It is roughly the same size as a jet but can be collapsed into A little helmet that she made and concealed. Collapsing or expanding it costs a Quick Action.
This jet has flying. Any roll to pilot this vehicle receives +2 dice.
You also gain the following effects:
- Mind of its Own: This vehicle can move and take Actions without you driving it. It has seven dice for all Drive rolls.
- Virtuoso's Vessel: When using this Device for its primary purpose, you always roll a minimum of 8 dice. Excludes Effect activation rolls.
- Flying Solo: Your vehicle cannot have any passengers.
- If there is not enough free space to expand the object, it cannot be expanded. You cannot expand this Object as an attack.
Backpack Bike
When collapsing, the entire vehicle seems to develop tiny cracks that widen until they become silvery gray lines (like Momo's Stash gift). Each segment folds into the line it branched from, repeating until they leave only the center bag. (between the seat and 'black box'), which becomes a backpack. This happens in reverse when the vehicle unfolds from the backpack form. (the center bag/backpack contains whatever has been put into it in either form)
When going into aquatic mode, the same sort of lines unfold around the gaps between the hardshell roof (called a Slingshade) and the body of the vehicle. The lines connect and a glasslike (equivalent to borosilicate glass) bubble layer forms between them, then the lines fold back leaving the vehicle sealed against the water. Each tire also becomes that sort of fractal line, reconfiguring into a paddlewheel shape instead. When going back to land mode, the formerly solid bubble pops and vanishes, as if it was a soap bubble. Additionally, the gaps in the paddle wheels fill in with fractal lines until they become tires again.
The independent mind of the vehicle functionally replaces the computer and communicates via visual readouts inside the vehicle, as well as broadcast transmissions. It receives voice commands and gives information relevant to the owner. It has access to everything about the rest of the artifact, being able to use the cameras as eyes, adjust suspension height, change the light configuration, and so on.
When upgraded or modified, the fractal patterns reach out momentarily to the new piece(s) and incorporate those into the whole.
Based on a Polaris Slingshot, this custom vehicle has been heavily modified. It was awakened into consciousness via the patterns written about in the journal entry Fractals. Not fully self aware, it can take orders and guidance, make judgment calls, and even make suggestions, all on a level far beyond current artificial intelligence. It currently occupies a 'black box' where the passenger seat would be (should become decentralized when the artifact finally has a passenger seat).

This Artifact can be used as a Polaris Slingshot based Trike Motorcycle. It is roughly the same size as a Polaris Slingshot based Trike Motorcycle but can be collapsed into backpack/center bag and concealed. Collapsing or expanding it costs a Quick Action.
This Polaris Slingshot based Trike Motorcycle has smart glass on license plate (opaque if power is cut), cameras (2 front 1 rear, optionally thermographic), rear blinding flash, configurable external LEDs (alters appearance of headlights & running lights), active suspension (independent wheel height), exhaust silencer, cold weather kit, modified carburetor (optional high altitude mode), wide range radio (police band, CB, etc). Any roll to pilot this vehicle receives +2 dice.

'Average police cruiser'
* Appearance: The vehicle appears as a Plymouth Volare in a drab sheirrf brown. The Plymouth Volare has a Black bull bar on its front. The car has off-road tires a modern police light bar on top, along with speakers and a spotlight. The car has the El Paso police department logo on its outside (doors, hood, and roof). The seats are made out of cheap light brown leather, the dashboard has a speed camera, and radio gear. There are separation bars between the driver and the back seat. (filled in with bulletproof glass and metal bars). The front windshield has stickers for the local police department, along with a Sons of Salem sticker and an aged sticker for an El Paso-based insurance company.

* The car's diet and addictions: The Valor prefers fuel from the Valero Gas station in El Paso. However, it seems 'fine' with gas from the Shell. The car goes in to withdraw after a time without gas from Valero Gas station, This seems to be 'helped' if it is fueled with leaded gas, however, this seems to cause another addiction to surface.

* Personality: The car is generally rather stubborn, along with this the car also has a short fuse causing outbursts ( Its outbursts can go from refusing to work properly to running people over, Go wild GM) this normally happens when the car doesn't get what it wants for prolonged periods, or when encountering something it doesn't like or doesn't understand. Through the years it has moved on to new things to hate primarily jumping on to new waves of media-sponsored panic, Its current main hate is Non Humans and Modified Humans (The car seems to be more stubborn along with a shorter fuse with said persons, GM again feel free to go wild)
Built-in a time of hate and fear, used to suppress new ideas. Info fed to it through sources of hate and fear, it has known nothing else to it through its life, and now in its old age, it reflects that hate and fear onto the world. One could say it is more like a scared old man than anything else.
This Artifact can be used as a Plymouth volar. It is roughly the same size as a Plymouth volar but can be collapsed into Car keys. and concealed. Collapsing or expanding it costs a Quick Action.
This Plymouth volar has Modernized Plymouth volar. Any roll to pilot this vehicle receives +2 dice.

Any plane that has been "innovated" by you has the ability to fold down into a model figurine of itself, and just as easily, back into the full scale of itself... however, the Aerodax CEO, has only managed to replicate this on small 1-person planes so far.
This Artifact can be used as a XCub 1-man Plane. It is roughly the same size as a XCub 1-man Plane but can be collapsed into model plane figurine w/ bead necklace and concealed. Collapsing or expanding it costs a Quick Action.
This XCub 1-man Plane has small-strip landing gear, and is literally a plane.. Any roll to pilot this vehicle receives +2 dice.

The airship of solitude is the mad scientist's lair and preferred mode of travel. Not only does it include a full science laboratory, it can be collapsed into an incredibly small canvas cube and easily transported. The mad scientist may pilot the ship alone or rely on its autopilot features for ultimate convenience.
This Artifact can be used as a blimp. It is roughly the same size as a blimp but can be collapsed into a phone-sized canvas cube and concealed. Collapsing or expanding it costs a Quick Action.
This blimp has full science laboratory, bullet-proof envelope, and ample parachutes. Any roll to pilot this vehicle receives +2 dice.
You also gain the following effects:
- Crew of One: You alone may stand in for an entire crew if the vehicle would normally be piloted by more than one.
- Mind of its Own: This vehicle can move and take Actions without you driving it. It has seven dice for all Drive rolls.
- No Muffler: Any stealth rolls made to hide your vehicle automatically fail, and any rolls made to notice your vehicle automatically succeed.
