Angus's body may have burned up but that didn't seem to free him from the bounds of his deal... atleast not fully. The Phoenix feather that saved him now burns hot in his chest and his once frozen body is in a constant state of trying to freeze but cant so he just appears human. Angus' body now works like a steam engine, using his bodies water reserves from the ice and boiling them inside of him to power his legs. If he runs too fast he will overheat and needs to expel the steam from his body before he can move again.

Broken and refined by the genre that's defined him his whole life, the natural final step is to become it. Embracing the style just isn't enough, not for Frank's "benefactor".
His body has become pallid and dull, a stark white with hints of black and gray sprinkled about. His clothes appear to seamlessly weave into his body at times, taking on an odd fleshy texture and a distinct lack of color.
This massive change to his physiology has come with a few added effects (see: Continuance & Witness Protection). Through hardening & softening his body, Frank's capable of slipping into places previously thought improbable. It also appears to be unphased by any elemental conditions, functioning no matter how hot or cold his surroundings are.

After the events of Game I, Booh's internal mechanisms began to experience a peculiar change. He felt the definition of his memory increasing exponentially, the increased speed of his processing making his body feel sluggish, the faces and expressions of people becoming more distinct... The force of the change was enough to leave him with a eye-splitting headache for a week, doing no more than responding to emails in the dark of his room, computer screen as dim as it would go.
Once he was up and walking again, Booh saw the world even more clearly than he did before. Colors more vivid than life itself, barraged with images that wouldn't leave the forefront of his mind without substantial effort. Given his new line of work, he was fearful for what might come next. He knew only one thing-- He *would* get the scoop, even if that meant scarring himself in the process.
