Conners inside factions are starting to come forth more. They have begun assisting him in procuring canvases to assist him in perfecting his art.

Exert your Mind and spend an Action. Select a non-Sapient, Animate target within 20 feet.

For the next day, you may issue specific commands to your target which they will be compelled to follow. All other non-Sapient, Animate targets which are the same species as your target will also be compelled to follow commands that you issue if they are within 20 feet when the command is given.

Your commands can be complex and multi-layered, though they must still be specific. You can make them endanger themselves or otherwise go against their self-preservation instincts. The effects of the command will fade after a day has passed.

Sapient targets can resist by rolling Mind at Difficulty 6.

If you use this Effect on the same Creature two days in a row, the effect lasts indefinitely.

After you finish activating this Effect, you cannot move quicker than a walk (max 15 feet per Round) for one minute and suffer a -1 dice penalty for an hour. Exhaustion’s penalty and duration stacks with multiple activations.

Possession of this Power grants the following Trauma at all times: Must roll a self control roll on any mundane animal that injures Conner to not command them and perfect them with augment other Conner is unable to kill the creature if he fails this roll and must roll another trauma roll if that creature is killed before he augment them.

  • Exhaustion penalties and duration stack. If you activate this Effect or another Effect with Exhaustion, your penalty will worsen, and the duration is increased by one hour.
  • Your commands must be directly communicated to your target in some way, though this does not require a shared language.
  • You can target yourself if you qualify as a valid target by the other requirements.
  • Your target must be within line of sight, or within range of another sense if more fitting for the Gift's flavor.

Community Command Creature Gifts

Exert your Mind and spend a Free Action. Select a Non-Alien Creature within 20 feet. You must actively and obviously use Dog whistle to activate this Effect.

For the next day, you may issue specific commands to your target which they will be compelled to follow.

Your commands can be complex and multi-layered, though they must still be specific. You cannot make them obviously endanger themselves or violate their instinct for self-preservation. The effects of the command will fade after a day has passed.

Possession of this Power grants the following Trauma at all times: Tree Hugger.

  • Your commands must be directly communicated to your target in some way, though this does not require a shared language.
  • If targeting a Sapient target that counts as a Creature due to an Effect, you must succeed a contested Mind roll. You roll at Difficulty 6, and the target rolls at Difficulty 8.
  • Targets with Body ratings higher than 10 require a Charisma + Animals roll resisted by the target’s Body. Kaiju and environment-scale targets are immune.
  • You can target yourself if you qualify as a valid target by the other requirements.
  • Your target must be within line of sight, or within range of another sense if more fitting for the Gift's flavor.

  • Your commands must be directly communicated to your target in some way, though this does not require a shared language.
  • You can target yourself if you qualify as a valid target by the other requirements.

Exert your Mind and spend an Action. Select a Non-Alien Creature within 300 feet.

For the next day, you may issue specific commands to your target which they will be compelled to follow.

Your commands can be complex and multi-layered, though they must still be specific. You can make them endanger themselves or otherwise go against their self-preservation instincts. The effects of the command will fade after a day has passed. You must maintain Concentration while your commands are being carried out, or the effect will end prematurely.

If you use this Effect on the same Creature two days in a row, the effect lasts indefinitely.
