Exert your Mind and spend an Action. Select a non-Sapient, Animate target within 300 feet.
For the next day, you may issue specific commands to your target which they will be compelled to follow. All other non-Sapient, Animate targets which are the same species as your target will also be compelled to follow commands that you issue if they are within 300 feet when the command is given.
Your commands can be complex and multi-layered, though they must still be specific. You can make them endanger themselves or otherwise go against their self-preservation instincts. The effects of the command will fade after a day has passed.
If targeting a Sapient target that counts as a Creature due to an Effect, you must succeed a contested Mind roll. You roll at Difficulty 6, and the target rolls at Difficulty 8
If you use this Effect on the same Creature two days in a row, the effect lasts indefinitely.
Possession of this Power grants the following Trauma at all times: Must roll a self control roll on any mundane animal that injures Conner to not command them and perfect them with augment other Conner is unable to kill the creature if he fails this roll and must roll another trauma roll if that creature is killed before he augment them.
You speak or interact with the target, then pause for a moment, contemplating where you might’ve seen them before, invoking this feeling of Deja-reve, or the feeling that you’ve dreamed of them before.
Exert your Mind and spend 2 Actions. Select a Sapient target within arm's reach. You may select a target at any range if you use up something the target has slept with of the target. At the end of your investigation, roll Intellect + Occult at Difficulty 6.

Possession of this Power grants the following Battle Scar: Narcolepsy: Once each hour the GM may ask you to roll Mind at Difficulty 6. If you fail or botch, you fall asleep for the next ten minutes or until something wakes you up..

Exert your Mind and spend an Action. Select a target within 300 feet. Roll Perception + Alertness at Difficulty 6. the target may resist by rolling Mind at Difficulty 7.
If you succeed, your target will be restricted at their location by an intangible, ethereal binding. They cannot move to a new location, and any physical actions they take suffer a dice penalty equal to twice the contested Outcome from the Effect activation, except attempts to escape or break the binding, which only suffer half this penalty.
Restricted targets may attempt to break the binding and escape by spending an Action and rolling Mind at Difficulty 7. Breaking free requires a total cumulative Outcome of twice the contested Outcome on the Effect activation.
Your bindings affect intangible beings like ghosts.
You may end this Effect prematurely as a Free Action.
When activated the Space where Rick is standing gets distorted for a round and after it fits back to place Rick disappear out of sight.
The effect of this power is hard to maintain for Rick and he needs to put his undivided attemtpion to it.
Exert your Mind and spend an Action to activate.
You and any clothes or equipment you are wearing are partially obscured from sight for the next minute. All attempts to detect you using sight are rolled at a -3 dice penalty.
Entering Combat or being Injured will end the Effect. When the Effect ends, it is disabled for 1 minute.
The limb itself is long, and dripping with ‘staticy’ goop. It crawls out of the mouth and goop falls from the gaps in the teeth. It acts as Lucius’ tongue.
You gain the following benefits at all times.
You gain an additional limb that functions as a standard human arm and hand.
Each additional limb you posses can take one Quick Action per Round without incurring a -2 dice penalty to your main Action. Any Battle Scars that affect or remove your additional limb will heal in a single week.
Your extra appendage can be used to attack in exactly the same manner as a Acts as a whip.
Your appendage has a grip that is hard to shake. While grappling a target, when contesting their physical actions, you may roll your full dice pool, but it only counts as a Quick Action.
Your extra appendage is not connected to your nervous or circulatory systems, and you will not take damage if it is hit by an attack or destroyed.
Your appendage has its own agenda (Really really wants to hug Lucius and force it’s way into other people’s mouths and eyes.), which it will attempt to follow. You must roll Mind, Difficulty 7 to re-assert control when this occurs. If it chooses to act counter to your desires in combat, controlling it costs your entire Action.
Your Extra Appendage is incapable of fine object manipulation.
This Effect activates whenever Screaming. It does not require an Action or Exertion. “Your target should be intuitively based on the triggering event. This Effect cannot be used unless Standing.
Summon a single Svarog at your location. They will last until they are destroyed. They are controlled by the GM but will follow any commands you give. You may have at most 1 minion active at a time.
Anyone who witnesses you during this Effect's activation or for its duration will almost certainly be disturbed to see Make the loudest and disgusting sound when I summon it.
The toon shouts a catchphrase, strikes a pose, and then zips away at a high speed, leaving a cloud of dust behind. While moving, they look like a blur.

The Necromancer spits into the mouth of a recently deceased corpse. For the few minutes, the corpse's head comes back to life and speaks to the Necromancer.
Exert your Mind and spend an Action. Select a Dead target within arm's reach. Dead targets must have died within the past week, and you must have their remains in your possession.
The target can communicate in your language for the next hour.
The mystic can meld their aura with another, allowing them to superimpose their being, physical and mental, into a target. Observers witness the mystic fading and entering their target's body as wisps of smoke, leaving no trace of their own body behind.
While inside, they can control their target's actions. Affected targets have no memory of the experience.
Take a Severity-1 Injury and spend an Action. Select a Living or Sapient target within arm's reach. Roll Intellect + Occult at Difficulty 6. The target may resist by rolling Mind at Difficulty 6.
If you succeed, you possess your target for a number of minutes equal to the Contested Outcome. The target has no control over their body or actions, and they are functionally unconscious through the entire possession, retaining no memory other than any Traumas they might obtain.
You do not leave your original body behind when you possess a target. When a possession ends, your original body will reappear at the host body’s same location. You may spend an Action to end the possession early.
Stats: During the possession, you use the host body’s Body rating, but your own Mind rating. Any rolls you make use the host body’s Brawn, Dexterity, and Perception but your own Charisma, Intellect, and Abilities. You gain the effects of any physical Assets and Liabilities they have. You cannot read the target’s mind or memories.
Gifts: You have access to and can use any of your own Powers which are not intrinsic to your biology or physical body. You cannot access any Powers or other supernatural effects which the target has, unless they are intrinsic to the target’s biology or physical body.
Death: If the host body is killed or destroyed while you are still possessing it, you will die along with it.
Eviction: If you attempt to force your host to take actions which would violate one of their Limits or their instinct for self-preservation, they may resist by rolling Mind. If their Outcome is higher than or equal to the contested Outcome, the possession ends and you are evicted from their body. Otherwise, they may Exert their Mind to evict you from their body.
The detective pulls out their magnifying glass and investigates the area, learning details about any nearby structures and picking up details on what sorts of beings have passed through and when.
Exert your Mind and spend a minute. Investigate an area with a radius of up to 100 feet You must actively and obviously use a magnifying glass to activate this Effect. At the end of your investigation, roll Perception + Investigation at Difficulty 6.

Through the use of clever rhetoric, the spy is able to inspire a surge of emotion in a target with whom they are speaking.
Exert your Mind and spend an Action. Select a Living target within 45 feet as well as a specific emotion. This Effect cannot be used unless you are engaged in conversation with the target. Roll Charisma + Influence at Difficulty 6. Affected targets can resist by rolling Mind at Difficulty 8.
If you succeed, for the next minute, your target will do things they otherwise wouldn’t have done, inspired by the chosen emotion. They will not necessarily display their emotions in an obvious way.
Actions they take will be in keeping with their character and the way they tend to deal with strong emotions. They will be unlikely to change their mind about any actions taken or decisions made until after the Effect ends.
