With little more than a tap, Lilith is able to extract all the blood from a body within barely a second. A body shriveled in this way is likely difficult to identify, though its bones (especially teeth) will still be intact.
While the blood appears to be siphoned into Lilith's cursed wounds underneath her heavy medical bandages, it does not directly come into contact with her bloodstream. She can easily conjure stored blood from her wounds, willing it out in all manners of shapes and streams. With a flourish of her hands, she's able to use this newly summoned blood to fuel some of her more powerful abilities.
Spend a Quick Action.

The Passenger rips forward out of the host's flesh, spraying the ground and anyone near with warm blood. It surges forward, carrying all of its malice and anger to pierce straight through any who stand before it. Though The Passenger itself is about a liter of crimson, the activation of this ability releases a torrent of blood that can be easily controlled and manipulated by its host. The dark red stays close to the host, not usually moving beyond five feet from the host, but the extra manifested blood can be controlled up to 30 feet away.
While the host remains competent and capable, The Passenger will behave, being as vicious or soft as its controller requires. It does not, however, tolerate failures, and when its host cannot meet its demands, it attempt to find another, more suitable host to augment.
The Passenger can be destroyed or stolen in a number of ways:
* Injecting the host with anticoagulants.
* Sucking it out of the part of the body that it inhabits.
* Severing the limb that it inhabits.
* Something able to grapple incorporeal creatures should be able to pull The Passenger out of its host.
* Once dead, The Passenger will burst out of the host's body to find a new host.
Exert your Mind and spend an Action. You must use up 1 Liter of Blood in order to activate this Effect.
You gain an additional limb that functions as a standard human arm and hand. Lasts two hours.
Each additional limb you posses can take one Quick Action per Round without incurring a -2 dice penalty to your main Action. Any Battle Scars that affect or remove your additional limb will heal in a single week.
Your extra appendage can be used to attack in exactly the same manner as a Thrusting Sword.
Your appendage is capable of bending and squishing in normally-impossible ways. It may fit through any gap that is not water-tight and retain its functionality.
Your extra appendage can stretch to reach an additional 30 feet.
You may turn this Effect on and off at will during its duration.
Your extra appendage is not connected to your nervous or circulatory systems, and you will not take damage if it is hit by an attack or destroyed.
Your appendage has its own agenda (to Find a Better Host), which it will attempt to follow. You must roll Self-Control to reassert control when this occurs. If it chooses to act counter to your desires in Combat, it gets its own Action and controlling it costs your Action.
The flow of time and space are inseparable. Moving through one means moving through both. Through adjusting a timepiece, Zeke displaces his position in space-time to allow himself to maneuver through the air, moving as if he were adjusting his coordinates in reality's programming. As he activates this power, his present body can be seen glitching in place as reality distorts around him.
Exert your Mind and spend an Action. You must actively and obviously use a timepiece to activate this Effect. You must make a Trauma roll when you use this Effect. Its Difficulty cannot be reduced by any means. This Effect remains active for two hours.
As long as you are conscious, you are immune to falling Damage. Additionally, you may glide as you fall, traveling 35 feet horizontally for every 10 feet you fall. While gliding, you fall at a minimum speed of 10 feet per Round.
You may ascend into the air and fly using your mind. Your Free Movement is Mind x5 feet/Round, including vertically. You cannot Dash. When sprinting, roll Mind and add your rating in Mind plus 1 to the outcome, multiply by 5 to find your sprint speed. Your encumbrance limit is 10 lbs per point of Mind.
You are subject to the following effects while gliding or flying:
During the transformation, they grow fur, an elongated snouts, sharp teeth, and claws. Their eyes may turn red, and they become larger and more muscular. When transforming bones break and the body contorts into the skeletal shape of a werewolf.
Exert your Mind (unless you win a coin flip) and spend an Action.
You transform into Werewolf for 30 minutes. You have access to all of your Powers while you are Werewolf, and you can use your equipment. Your Battle Scars, Injuries, and physical Liabilities are carried over between forms. Reverting from your Alternate Form cannot cause your existing Injuries to kill you. Instead, you remain Incapacitated.
While transformed, your Attributes are the same. Your Penalty is reduced by 2.
Your body is adapted to using non-lethal force. You receive +3 dice on non-attack rolls related to using non-lethal force.
Your alternate form is its own deadly weapon. Unarmed attacks made in your alternate form deal +3 Weapon Damage (instead of the typical -2).
If you are restricted, restrained, dazed, sleepy, or stunned, you may activate this Effect to break free or end the negative effect. You cannot free yourself by transforming more than once a minute.
Anyone who witnesses you during this Effect's activation or for its duration will almost certainly be disturbed to see when transforming, all my bones break and contort in the skeletal shape of a werewolf.
Your alternate form renders you unable to speak any human language and incapable of fine object manipulation. You can only hold or grasp objects in a crude, clumsy way.
After this Effect ends, you cannot move quicker than a walk (15 feet per Round) for one minute and suffer a -1 dice penalty for an hour.
Possession of this Power grants the following Trauma at all times: If you are under the light of the moon you must roll self control or you must transform.
Dominic's war with the Illuminati continues, and now they've begun taking his stuff! They think he doesn't know, but his most treasured items without fail have a secret broadcasting unit keyed to a chip inside his brain that constantly tells him where they *really* are. Then with a little digging, once he's found the location, he extracts it with a glorious shout knowing that he has triumphed over the deep state yet again!
What Dominic does not know is that in his delusion the chip he developed actually stores things inside digital space, uploading them at just a touch, an innovation that could change the world if he wasn't so insane. While they're non-physical all it takes is for him to activate the chip again by triggering the delusion again to find the item.

Exert your Mind (unless you win a coin flip) and spend 1 minute. This Effect cannot be used unless you drink blood directly from a human until it injures them. Choose a specific Injury on yourself that has not yet been treated with this Effect and roll Brawn + Occult at Difficulty 6.
If you succeed, the Injury is reduced in Severity by your Outcome. If you reduce its Severity to 0, the Injury is fully healed. Otherwise, it is partially healed and will heal the rest of the way at its natural rate.
This counts as a successful Makeshift Stabilization if the Injury was not already Stabilized; any Battle Scars caused by the Injury will remain.
Anyone who witnesses you during this Effect's activation or for its duration will almost certainly be disturbed to see you drink blood directly from the vein.

While using this Effect, you may carry one other being without affecting your Encumbrance, so long as you maintain contact with them for the duration and they consent or are grappled.
