Henry taps a small control over his right collarbone twice, and his suit suddenly fades into a shimmer. After a moment, the shimmer spreads to his hands and face, leaving only a barely perceptible haze where the man once stood. A moment later, that haze is gone entirely.
"Field repairs are difficult work, especially with the primitive tools of this accursed world. The patches on the holomatrix are exceedingly sensitive - I'll have to be gentle with it, especially when it's enabled. If it gets disrupted it'll need to recalibrate again, which takes over a stellar rotation. Even now it's not calibrating right - I can still see it when it's active, especially when moving. But it'll have to do for now."
Update - Holomatrix is more stable now, and it's cloaking me entirely. Excellent.
Exert your Mind and spend an Action.
You are obscured in one of the following manners. Lasts 2 hours.
While this Effect is active, any Effect that would obscure you from other, additional senses fails automatically. If someone discovers you, this Effect will not help you hide from them for the next minute. This Effect does not end early when you activate an obvious Effect, attack, or receive an Injury.
A tragedy unbespoken, sound of steel crashing steel followed by the shrieking hymn of burning rubber on pavement. Five people . Scattered and broken like glass, a mother clutching her cub, stabbed through by a branch from a lone tree, the cub sound asleep breathless it's head craned backwards hanging by a strecth of skin from . The father, bent on the board, his head resting in a crimson pool of his own blanket by shards scattered and struck. In the other vehicle, a man in the back sits exasperated, eyes dilated, head bleeding and skin torn from flying glass. He peers to the front seat and saw his driver was gone. Outside a blackened sillhoutte walks to the backseat, opens the door on his passenger's side. Now basked in moonlight the passenger see's in blurred lenses the face of his driver. Eyes darting everywhere the passenger catches glimpses of the drivers wounds, his face, the lacerations all closed harmoniously as shards big and small fall from the closing wounds glittering in the moonlight like diamonds then darkness.
Exert your Mind and spend 1 minute. Choose a specific Injury on yourself that has not yet been treated with this Effect and roll Intellect + Medicine at Difficulty 8.
If you succeed, the Injury is reduced in Severity by your Outcome. If you reduce its Severity to 0, the Injury is fully healed. Otherwise, it is partially healed and will heal the rest of the way at its natural rate.
This counts as a successful Makeshift Stabilization if the Injury was not already Stabilized; any Battle Scars caused by the Injury will remain.
The man disappears, the beetles remain.
Exert your Mind and spend an Action to activate. This Effect cannot be used unless you have not been sprayed with soap water within the last hour.
You transform into a swarm of 700 japanese beetles for the next minute. You may end the effect early and return to your normal form at will. Your structure must remain relatively contiguous. It is not necessarily obvious that your transformed state is an unusual phenomena or that it is acting with singular purpose.
While in this form, you can squeeze through any gap that is not water-tight.
Damage from standard attacks is halved, but damage from AOE effects is increased by 1.
You cannot communicate, use equipment, or use Gifts while transformed. Your equipment does not transform with you beyond basic body coverings. You cannot carry any items while transformed.
While transformed, you can make an unarmed attack using Body as your attack roll. The target may contest by dodging or Defending. This attack deals +2 damage.
Luci can deepen her own shadow aided by the mechanism that allows objects to sink inside of her own stash. On walls, Luci's boot/shoe/foot sinks a little into the surface and can adhere itself as if she were standing on the ground. Underwater, her shadow spews out air as a sort of propulsion system that can eliminate her need to swim.
During this time, Luci's shadow becomes just a little more vivid and anyone that looks very closely might see some ashy faint material corrode out of it.
Exert your Mind (unless you win a coin flip) and spend two Actions performing the following ritual: Luci bends down and calmly begins to trace an outline of her shoes within her shadow with ink. All while muttering silently to herself asking that the Well heed her call and aid her. You must use up 1 liter of ink in order to activate this Effect. You must maintain Concentration while activating this Effect, and it fails if you are interrupted. You must make a Trauma roll when you use this Effect. Its Difficulty cannot be reduced by any means.
You may move easily and without a roll in any of the following situations. Lasts 2 hours.
As long as this Effect is active and you are traversing a terrain it covers, your movement speed is doubled.

Mr. Tummy Transforms into a giant cat.
Or a cat-human.
Take a Severity-1 Injury and spend an Action. Roll a single D10 as a critical failure check. If you roll a 1, the Effect fails, and you Transform or detransform into the worst form for the situation.
You transform into Huma-Tummy or Big Tummy until you transform into something else or choose to return to your original form. See the Extended System text for stats.
While transformed, you cannot use any equipment (including Artifacts and Consumables), but you can use your Powers. The equipment you are wearing does not transform with you.
Injuries and Wound Level are carried over between forms. However, transforming can never kill you; you merely remain Incapacitated until your Injuries are sufficiently healed.
While transformed, you are obviously unusual, unnatural, or alien, and the average person will take a special interest in you.
The Witch wiggles her fingers at her broomstick, and it leaps from the ground with a whoosh of wind. She may then hop on and fly around. It’s so fun, she often finds herself cackling uncontrollably.

As long as you are conscious, you are immune to falling Damage. Additionally, you may glide as you fall, traveling 35 feet horizontally for every 10 feet you fall. While gliding, you fall at a minimum speed of 10 feet per Round.
You may ascend into the air and fly using your mind. Your Free Movement is Mind x5 feet/Round, including vertically. You cannot Dash.
