Jean takes a moment to look over the person before him, assessing their posture and mannerisms. He remembers how they talked and what they talked about, what topics they avoided. Then, he begins verbally pushing their buttons.
You can learn a lot about a person by simply talking to them long enough, or even giving them a good look-over. Even subconsciously you can learn what they don't want you to talk about, what they are avoiding and what emotion is associated with it. If you push them at the right moment on the right spot all the while exerting an aura of confidence, power, and authority - you can make them do practically anything.
Exert your Mind and spend at least one Action. Select a Human target within 20 feet. This Effect cannot be used unless you have had an active conversation with the target(s) for atleast a minute today. Your target may be actively engaged in Combat. Communicate a command to your target. Roll Charisma + Alertness at Difficulty 6. The target may resist by rolling Mind at Difficulty 7.
If the contested Outcome is positive, your target will be compelled to follow your command to their best understanding of the letter and spirit of the command until they have completed it or for your Outcome in minutes. You cannot issue another suggestion to the target until 10 minutes after they have completed the first command or 10 minutes after a failure.
The target is unaware that they are under supernatural influence and feel they are acting of their own free will. If you fail, they realize that you were attempting to influence them supernaturally with your command.
Your command can be an order to take an immediate Action. You cannot order a target to "do nothing," and they are free to take other Actions as they fulfill your request. Your command cannot be obviously self-destructive. Commands may force a target to violate one of their Limits, and they will need to make a Trauma roll once the suggestion wears off.
Charlie has mutated. His body resembles that of a gelatin mold of a man, the only thing keeping his form is his skeleton, and the clothes wrapped around him. Despite his inhuman appearance, there are some benefits such as increased resilience.
Ever since the incident Charlie has been changing for the worst. First it starts with blood in his vomit and urine, then blistering skin, and finally after his body decayed he seemed to just, heal. It’s like this never happened to him, however over night he rapidly mutated into what he is today.

A very faint, silver, ethereal halo (the jagged kind, not the circle kind) appears around Lanie's head as the client begins to share. The glow vanishes when the client stops sharing or Lanie stops paying attention to them.
Honing her skills, the dogtor can now navigate the broken mind without the client needing to share anything. She can also repair multiple minds at once at any distance.
Exert your Mind to activate. Select a Living target at any distance, provided you are able to communicate. You cannot target yourself. This Effect cannot be used unless the client, of their own free will and under no magical influences, consents to the details of the Strict Regimen before receiving treatment. Over the course of one day, your patient must communicate with you and reveal at least one of their Traumas to you, including the details of those Traumas and the circumstances of how they were acquired. After the full treatment time has elapsed, roll Charisma + Influence at Difficulty 6.
If your treatment is successful, you may remove one of the patient's revealed Traumas without incurring any Experience cost.
You may specify a specific condition that the patient must adhere to. If they break this condition, the treatment is immediately reversed. Record this regimen as a Condition.

You may opt to trade your free movement for a Super Leap if you are jumping less than 50 feet or if you are closing a gap to an opponent and spend your Action on an attack.
The creature's claws rip through the poor, defenseless doctor's coat, opening deep gashes in their gut. It bares its fangs to lunge for the killing blow, but the doctor looks up at the attacker. Their eyes filed not with utter terror at their imminent demise, only a look of disappointment and pity. Touched, the monster hesitates. . .

The doctor is a master at surgical transplantation. As long as they have a donor part, they can replace any permanent, lingering battle scars on their patient. Of course, the transplanted part doesn't always match, and the patient must be careful to follow the doctor's aftercare orders, or the replacement will be rejected.
Exert your Mind and spend a minute. Select a Living target within arm's reach. You must use up a donor body part matching the injured area in order to activate this Effect. Select a Battle Scar on your target to treat.
The treated Battle Scar heals as you finish activating this Effect. You may specify a specific condition that the patient must adhere to. If they break this condition, the treatment is immediately reversed. Record this regimen as a Condition.

Grey fur sprouts from their body as it swells with muscle, ripping any tight-fitting clothes. While transformed, the werewolf is impulsive and driven more by instinct than logic.
If The Werewolf is struck my moonlight, they are compelled to transform.
Exert your Mind and spend a Quick Action.
You transform into a werewolf for 3 minutes. You have access to all of your Powers while you are a werewolf, and you can use your equipment. Your Battle Scars, Injuries, and physical Liabilities are carried over between forms. Reverting from your Alternate Form cannot cause your existing Injuries to kill you. Instead, you remain Incapacitated.
While transformed, your Brawn is increased by 1 and your Dexterity is increased by 1. You do not suffer any Stress while transformed.
Your alternate form is its own deadly weapon. Unarmed attacks made in your alternate form deal +3 Weapon Damage (instead of the typical -2).

After this Effect ends, you cannot move quicker than a walk (15 feet per Round) for one minute and suffer a -1 dice penalty for an hour.
While transformed, you automatically fail any Mind roll to resist an impulse and suffer -3 dice on all other Mind rolls.
