Objects turn into ethereal fog before condensing and disappearing into the user's hand.
Spend a Quick Action.
You may withdraw an item from your stash, or add an item that is within 30 feet of you to your stash. You may only stash targets which are not possessed by someone else, and are freestanding and unattached.
You may store Objects in your stash, each no larger than something which could fit inside a briefcase (15 liters), and you may store up to 3 things at a time.
You may choose to equip any equipment you withdraw at no additional cost.

Exert your Mind and spend 1 minute to activate. Select a Sapient target within arm's reach. Roll Brawn + Alertness at Difficulty 6.
If you succeed, a specific period of time (up to 1 hour long) from your target’s memory is replaced with new memories of your choosing. This is recorded as a Condition. The level of detail and completeness of the alteration depends on your Outcome. If you fail, the target realizes that you are attempting to alter their memories.
The period is chosen either by time (i.e. “last friday night”) or by reference to a specific event (i.e. “when the murder occurred”).
If the target is confronted with compelling evidence that contradicts their memories, they may roll Mind at Difficulty 7. If their Outcome exceeds your Outcome on the initial roll, they realize that their memory for that period was manipulated, but they will not regain their old memories. If they fail, they may still distrust their memory, but they will not suspect manipulation.
Unimportant characters just can't seem to hit our hero with their attacks. Injuries that are sustained from underlings are conveniently non-severe.
You gain the following benefits as long as the damage is from a character the GM hasn’t named.
You have 4 Armor, which reduces incoming Damage. Armor from multiple sources does not stack. This Armor cannot be circumvented with Called Shots.
After a bit of preparation, Murphy can use their sublime musical skills to put on a short concert that is capable of healing even the most grievous of wounds, assuming that the target will be around to hear the entire performance. The music causes wounds to heal at a rapid pace, making individuals feel fully whole again by the end of the performance.
While recovering in the hospital, Murphy felt unsure of how they might go forward after their first, botched contract. They thought it must be a miracle that they survived, and didn't expect any reward for their near-death experience, as both Alan and Robert did all of the work. They rested for a couple of days, mostly mute other than for the most basic communication with the nurses and doctors. At some point during the first week of recovery, one of the nurses approached them and confirmed that they were the very same musician from YouTube. The nurse told them how much she appreciated the music that they wrote, and how helpful it had been at getting her through the toughest moments of her life. It was at this moment that Murphy remembered why they chose to become a musician in the first place. Part of the joy of creating is being able to share it with the world... and if what you have to share is worthwhile, the world will be better for experiencing it. The nurse would bring her ukulele to Murphy, a loan until they could get back home to their menagerie of instruments. They began to write again, filling pages upon pages with new material, more than they had ever been able to produce in the past. They didn't know it yet, but their wounds would begin to heal at a rapid pace, and the battle scar left by their first contract would disappear without a trace.
Exert your Mind and spend 15 minutes. Select a Living target within arm's reach. You must actively and obviously use A Musical Instrument to activate this Effect. Choose a specific Injury on your target that has not yet been treated with this Effect and roll Charisma + Performance at Difficulty 6.
If you succeed, the Injury is reduced in Severity by your Outcome. If you reduce its Severity to 0, the Injury is fully healed. Otherwise, it is partially healed and will heal the rest of the way at its natural rate.
This counts as a successful Makeshift Stabilization if the Injury was not already Stabilized; any Battle Scars caused by the Injury will remain.
Gam has learned how to utilize her roller blades, not just as movement augmentors, but as lethal weapons that rival typical weapon-users of Japan. With her speed and kicks, she can use Dexterity in place of Brawn to slam her rollerblades into the sides of enemies. Not to mention that, with the training obtained by her recent induction to the Yakuza, has learned how to predict arrows, rocks, and even bullets, able to parry them with nothing but her rollerblades.
You gain the following benefits as long as you are engaged in unarmed combat. You must actively and obviously be using rollerblades to gain the benefits of this Effect.
Your unarmed attacks deal +2 Bonus Damage (instead of -2). The target's Armor is fully effective against this damage.
You also gain the following effects:
You rush at the target, punching them several times before issuing a final blow.
Exert your Mind (unless you win a coin flip) and spend an Action. Select a target within 45 feet. Roll a single D10 as a critical failure check. If you roll a 1, the Effect fails, and you You fail the deliver the punches... Roll Brawn + Brawl Difficulty 6. The target may contest by rolling to Dodge or Defend as a Reaction, Difficulty 6.
If the contested Outcome is positive, the target takes that much Damage plus 6. Armor is fully effective against this damage.
The target suffers a -3 dice penalty for the next hour or until the Injury is healed. This dice penalty does not stack multiple times on the same target.
The Psychic can speak directly into someone's mind, engaging in an entirely telepathic conversation. While they do, they take on a blank, vacant stare in the direction of their target, and appear to be muttering gibberish to themselves under their breath.
Exert your Mind and spend an Action. Select a target any distance away from you. You must have a specific target in mind, but you require only an intuitive understanding of them, such as their name, face, or Location. This Effect cannot be used unless you can see your target.
You open up a line of communication to your target, and may converse with them as long as one of you maintains Concentration
The conversation will only be perceived by the intended recipient. You must share a common language for your target to understand the message.
Once the werewolf tastes the blood of their prey, there's no escape. Those injured by the beast's claws and teeth are marked with its saliva. Their wounds smell strongly of blood, and it's only a matter of time before the werewolf returns with a vengeance to finish the kill.
This Effect activates whenever a target you have injured with your teeth or claws escapes the range of your unarmed attacks. It does not require an Action or Exertion. Select a target within arm's reach. This Effect cannot be used unless the target is alive and bleeds.
Your target is marked with a throbbing wound that smells strongly of blood. The mark can only be discovered with a deep medical inspection or Effect. Removal inflicts a Severity 1 Injury on the target.
You are aware of the marked target's direction and distance from you. This lasts for the next month, or until either the mark is removed, or you choose to end the Effect. You can have up to 1 mark active.
You receive +2 dice to any rolls made against a marked target.
By focusing, the Thief may shroud their hands in shadowy tendrils that seek nearby objects like static-charged hairs. They cast themselves across any surface the Thief touches, acting as anchors that allow the Thief to scale even the sheerest walls.
Exert your Mind and spend an Action.
You may move easily and without a roll in any of the following situations. Lasts 2 hours.
The Vampire may channel their inner beast and take the form of an animal. It is said they may transform into either a wolf or a bat. If used too often, the Vampire risks losing themselves to their beast forever.
Exert your Mind and spend an Action. You must make a Trauma roll when you use this Effect. Its Difficulty cannot be reduced by any means.
You transform into a vampire bat or a wolf until you transform into something else or choose to return to your original form. See the Extended System text for stats.
While transformed, you cannot use any equipment (including Artifacts and Consumables), and you do not have access to any of your Powers. Any equipment you are wearing transforms with you.
Injuries and Wound Level are carried over between forms. However, transforming can never kill you; you merely remain Incapacitated until your Injuries are sufficiently healed.
Possession of this Power grants the following Battle Scar: A disfigured face with bat-like ears.
The Psychic can, with great focus and mental strain, channel their will to move objects with their mind.
You gain the following benefits at all times.
You can interact with things that are within 75 feet without needing to physically touch them or be near them. Any rolls made for Actions taken in this way use a Mental Strength of 2 in place of your Brawn rating, a Mental Agility of 2 in place of your Dexterity, and otherwise use your own Attributes and Abilities.
Telekinetic actions have the following restrictions and behaviors:
