When River loses his cool, his shape shifting flesh follows his emotional deregulation. His body becomes an unstable, crawling suggestion of a living creature. Toothy maws surface and sink into his skin, clawed limbs sprout and recede, and skin gives way to a kaleidoscope of scales, fur, and feathers.
His form, as chaotic as it looks, follows his unrestrained intentions.
You gain the following benefits as long as you are in your Alternate Form.
You are permanently and visibly transformed: in human form, his body is slightly "off" with some fingers longer than others, inverted rib cage, webbed toes, etc. You are considered to be a Sapient, Living being when targeted..
Your appendages can reach an additional 30 feet.
You can squeeze through any cracks and passageways a cat would be able to.
The Boneman whips a thumb out - ripped from her fingernail comes a chain of gilded fingerbones clinking out. They circle suspended around here head - once, twice, settling down as a thorned crown.
The oppressor raises his gun to her - and his traitorous bones raise his gun to his neck.
To harm their King? Treason. Unthinkable.
Exert your Mind and spend an Action or Reaction to activate. Roll Intellect + Influence at Difficulty 6.
If you succeed, you create a barrier around yourself, which absorbs the next Outcome + 4 Damage. Half the damage absorbed is reflected back at the attacker, which they can Defend against as normal. The Damage reduction from the barrier is applied before Armor. You may only have 1 active barrier at a time.
You must maintain Concentration while using this Effect. The barrier will fall if you are interrupted, or if it absorbs the full amount of Damage. When a barrier falls, you cannot use this Effect again for a minimum of 2 Rounds.
Anyone who witnesses you during this Effect's activation or for its duration will almost certainly be disturbed to see a chain of bloody & gilded fingerbones burst from her hand.

Exert your Mind (unless you win a coin flip) and spend an Action. Select a target within 45 feet. Roll Brawn + Alertness Difficulty 6. The target may contest by rolling to Dodge or Defend as a Reaction, Difficulty 6.

You may use this Effect to Defend or Clash in Combat, including against ranged attacks such as firearms.
When you activate this Effect, instead of occurring immediately, you may choose to delay its effects until the target takes a particular Action. For example: "when they fire a gun" or "when they swim in deep water."
Bu fang finds his target with ease. Taking that moment, his knife in hand, as if casting a culinary symphony, he waves his knife into the air, striking down as if chopping the air. The target finds themselves feeling pain before they start to notice that their body is being cooked, turned into mere ingredients infront of bu fang.
if possible use charisma+cooking
Edit: This one is fine I guess? 300ft is a bit odd, but good enough. Might be better on the Knife for the extra Gift point since it uses Focus anyway, but that's up to you
Exert your Mind and Spend an Action. Select a Living target within 300 feet. You must actively and obviously use Knife to activate this Effect. Roll Charisma + Crafts at Difficulty 6. The target may roll Body, Difficulty 7, as a Free Action to resist.
If you succeed, the target receives a new Battle Scar of your choosing, limited by the contested Outcome:
If you inflict two Extreme (Outcome > 3) Battle Scars on the target, you may transform them fully into another species.
You may cure any Battle Scars you have created with this Effect with a Free Action on your initiative. They are healed over the course of the next hour.
Your alteration "heals" over the course of the next month, after which it is fully cured.
Henry's ferret form provides him with just a little bit of leeway on being attacked - He's able, like the mustelid he transforms into, to just wiggle himself a LITTLE to the side, to simply not be hit. However, once he starts dodging, it's easier to keep going than stop, so he ends up jumping around the battlefield, and inadvertently smacking about his opponents. A pair of furry brown little ears and a tail sprout from him when this happens, a small nod to where this ability comes from.
You gain the following benefits at all times.
You have 3 Armor, which reduces incoming Damage. Armor from multiple sources does not stack. This Armor cannot be circumvented with Called Shots.
Any Injury received from Damage that was reduced by this Armor is considered makeshift stabilized and will not degrade further. Any Battle Scar received from such an Injury is reduced by 1 level to a minimum of a Minor Battle Scar.
When you take Damage from a source which is within 5 feet, deal back as much Damage as your Armor prevented.
Any time your Armor prevents damage, your total Armor rating is temporarily decreased by 1. Whenever you go two Rounds without preventing any damage, it is restored back to its full value.

The affliction is not treatable by modern medicine. It may be diagnosed by rolling Intellect + Occult at Difficulty 6, and can be cured by bathing fully in clear running water.
This Effect is not obvious, and the only sign you are using an Effect is you staring at the target, speaking calmly. If someone suspects that an Effect was used, they must roll Perception + Alertness, Difficulty 8 to pick up on your Tell.
The Ninja is a master at blending in to any crowd or organization. Exert your Mind and spend a minute.

When you activate this Effect, instead of occurring immediately, you may choose to delay its effects until the target takes a particular Action. For example: "when they fire a gun" or "when they swim in deep water."
Instead of dealing Damage all at once, the Injury caused by this Power starts at Severity 1 and worsens at the rate of one level per Round until it reaches the Severity it would have otherwise been.
