Description

Jack appears and attacks galloping at the victim swinging his scythe.

System

Spend an Action, Exert your Mind, choose a target within 300 feet, and make a roll (Cha+Crafts), Difficulty 6. The target may use a Reaction to dodge, parry, or resist, depending on the flavor of the Power. (Wits+Ath).

Damage dealt equals the difference between your attack roll's outcome and the resistance roll's (if one was made), plus 2.The target's Armor is Fully Effective.

Enhancements

  • Concealed (Using this Effect is not obvious. Choose a Tell that occurs only when you use the Effect; if-- and only if-- someone suspects that a Effect was used, they must roll Perception + Alertness, Difficulty 8 to pick up on your Tell.)

    • Tell - He taps a pumpkin Tattoo.

  • Erratic but Deadly (When your Attack hits, flip a coin. If you lose, it deals -4 Damage (to a min of 0). If you win the flip, it does +3 Damage.)

Drawbacks

  • Fuel (Using this Effect consumes some material good in addition to its other costs.)
    • Fuel Unit - Pumpkin Tattoos he has tattooed on himself they vanish from his body to summon Jack pumpkin tattoos on each knuckle
